Doesn't always update their hours. Drove here because the closer location said online that it was opening late, and when I got here, I was greeted with a hand writen note on the door that they also are opening late. If another location can do it, they can, too. I wasted my time and gas driving here. Four other cars also showed up and also saw the same note at the door and left.Looking at other reviews, you might as well find another location until this one becomes more dependable.The drive-thru exists, but they have never had it open, so don't get your hopes up about it.

The food quality has gone down a lot!! Plus they do not show they are closed on Saturdays. I placed a $109 order yesterday, went to pick it up, they are closed and still took my order. Now I need to call for a refund. While I was trying to pick up my order, others were pulling up to pick up their online orders as well. This place needs to change their online hours to reflect when they are open, or make it so orders are NOT processed if closed. Waist of time, money and gas.

this place is a God dam disgrace boyfriend placed in order was told on the app wait 10 mins we go around to window as lights are on and no one's there slips everywhere place looks like it's been abandoned I want my dam refund now!!!

I would rate 0 stars if I could.Ordered from your Woonsocket RI location on Monday through the website for pickup. Paid for my order online. Got to the store. Door was locked. Lights were on. No one was there. I understand staffing challenges are hard. But update your website if a location is closed. I contacted little Caesar’s through their website with no response. Unacceptable. I contacted my bank Monday which said I would need to wait until the pending transaction clears. Well here we are 48 hours later and y’all took my money without for filling my order. I would like a refund.Never again will I order little Caesar’s. Staffing shortages and temporary closures are one thing. To not respond to a customer about your inability of running a honest business is another. When I left Monday there were 7 people all in the same situation as me. I would expect more people to order from a competitor next time.

The Woonsocket ri location has been closed since Saturday. How do you expect to make customers happy when you are closed I found another place to eat so thanks for nothing. A sign would have been nice.

Place is just gross. Lacks customer service or even common sense. 75% of the time they do not even pick up the phone and it rings and rings... No idea how an owner or a corporation allows a franchise to be run like this. DO NOT EAT HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CONTACT THEM. Check all the other reviews. Place is a joke. Shameful.

The only reason why i get these is because my dad used to bring me as a kid and get crazy bread. But i dont remember being like this. When i first started coming here the bread was great. The past few times I've come to get crazy bread is not the same. Is either not done well or overcooked. Like this is ridiculous. Stop overcooking the crazy bread. Im so dissapointed. I asked them to make it fresh and i get overcooked hard crazy bread. Like this isn't the crazy bread i used to love. I gave them a 2 star because they were polite but this is not ok.

Terrible location order got the email saying order was completed. Showed up to pick up my order to find multiple people waiting for orders in the parking lot. When I went to to go inside the door was locked and the store was apparently closed or the workers just left. I am coming to find out there is very little I can do to get my money back because they have no customer service reps when you call and no one will answer at the store. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This location is a joke and not worth the time and effort. I placed an order for delivery through DoorDash and 15 minutes before I was supposed to receive the order, the driver called to say they cant accept DoorDash at this location because of not having the Tablet set up, whatever that means. I tried calling the location directly and the number was a fax machine. What a waste of time and you shouldnt be listed as a DoorDash business if you cannot accept an order from DoorDash. What a joke location with worthless staff.

First off the pizza was under cooked and not even cut all the way threw. Had to use a knife at home to finish their job. Cause it was under cook the pizza was still soft and doughy and the cheese was all over the place in the box

Customer service great. Got food from there last night and it was awful and not the oh its 7$ pizza but like the worst its ever been and I haven't been there in 2 years. And found a hair in the pizza. The trash enjoyed it all though.
