I am a regular at this Dunkin. Lately the coffee tastes watered down. Please bring back the dunkin coffee without the water. Also, stop serving old croissants, the one I had this morning was not even edible.

Never even got to food...at 0955 I enter the store on Whiskey Rd. At least four twenty somethings were on the right serving exactly one drive thru car. One gal at register loading ONE munchkin at s time for a man whi could not stand still. I wait. I wait more. 3 minutes later I am still waiting hearing the loud, obnoxious voice of the white female with one front tooth and a mouth full of rotted teeth. The entire time she had been insulting the appearance of the car drivers. I asked her fellow worker if she could get me a coffee and donut. The rude woman with bad teeth (shocking to see and at a food place too) butts in and starts lecturing me (I am 61 years old, great shape, no wimp) about "we are on line and we don't have a register and she needs to do it" referring to the cashier endlessly loading munchkins. Three employees standing around yakking staring right at me, doing nothing to take my order. This nasty, snotty, arrogant employee could not have been more unprofessional. She was too busy ridiculing drive thru customers so everyone inside could hear. Needless to say I left without any food. Way to go Dunkin - zero stars and this toothless wonder is a terrible representative of what USED TO BE A DECENT PLACE. AVOID WHISKEY ROAD DUNKIN.

This was my very first visit to this Dunkin location. The staff was extremely friendly and there was essentially no wait time HOWEVER I believe the focus was primarily on moving swiftly and not accurately because I have NO IDEA what I just sipped. I ordered a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle. When I received my order, there was cinnamon on top and I asked about it...I was told it was to make it fancy. Really sweet of the staff but there was no drizzle, no caramel flavor and this coffee is not good. Not the way I intended to start my morning. Great customer service none the less. Let's just make sure the customer leaves with what they came for.

We bought munkin last Sunday, they were hard cold and slimy, I think they took them from the refrigerator. We had to throw them out.

I am livid! I placed my mobile order because it was a lot and I knew it would take too long if I when thru the drive through.I came into the establishment to pick up my order. Problem #1: My drinks were wrong. I told the young man who was nice that they are all supposed to have sweet cold foam on them. He changed it with no problem. Problem #2: They lady who seemed to be a manager. Came to me to say that they didn't have croissants. I was confused, I told her I didn't have a croissant. She continued to explain that what I ordered came with a croissant. I said no ma'am this is what I ordered (showed her my phone). She apologized and stated I was corrected.Problem #3: she brought my bag and all my food wasn't there. I ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches. The young man went to tell her that she missed my sandwiches. Now, I have to wait an even larger time. Problem #4: I have breakfast sandwiches and bagels so I would like some jelly and cream cheese. I asked for it and the lady gets an attitude stating, "she can get the jelly but she has to pay for the cream cheese!". I'm like lady, first of all I just spent over $40 here, I don't have a problem paying for cream cheese, I'm just ready to go! You messed up my order 3 TIMES and you have an attitude!! I WENT STRAIGHT TO KROGER AND PURCHASED MY OWN CREAM CHEESE! Worst customer service from management. Ma'am You got it wrong and took it out on me! Unacceptable! A young lady that was there apologized for it because it's obvious she understood! She should be a manager.

I gave this Dunkin a 1 star because they were SO rude and disrespectful. I pulled up to the Drive Thru to give my order,but I couldn't hear the girl- I apologized and she sounded extremely annoyed when I asked her to please repeat what she said. I asked for a pup cup but she said she doesn't do that...We got a pup cup from them last week. Okay, not a problem so I asked for hash browns. They were completely burnt when I got them and on top of that, the girl working the window looked annoyed and was rude. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but I do not recommend this Dunkin.

Order through the app. Pulled up to the ordering screen. It said clearly to pull around my order was ready. So I did, get to the window and two young ladies see me and walk off. I see my order in the window. I wait two minutes and someone finally comes back to the window. No apology for my wait, just you order through the app you still need to tell us your order. Richland Ave Dunkin' has better customer service and product. When on the south side I'll just go to Starbucks we're customer service is A +.

I'm a regular customer and always love Dunkin, not just for the coffee but for the friendly service we always get. Everyone is always so nice, I always TIP them even more than I spend on my coffee. I just left this Dunkin without even getting my coffee because of the sarcastic, rude person I encountered. Not sure if she was having a bad day. I don't blame all of Dunkin or it's employees. I'm just disappointed with this experience and hope this cashier has a better day when I return

This location. I can't imagine it getting worse since my last review, but here we are. Arriving at the drive through at 8:45pm, there was one car in front of us and two cars behind us. The car in front of us gave up and pulled out, and we moved up. No one would answer us at the intercom, so after 5 minutes, we pulled around to the window. The employees were chit-chatting with their backs to us, so I knocked on the window. I heard the girl actually mutter "oh my gawd" in a tone that would make you want to jump through that little window and maybe ask her to repeat herself. Really? If the store closes at 9pm and there is some sort of dilemma, let the customers know. No problem. If you're just too lazy to take care of the last customers of the evening, then maybe you need to be fired. The "customer service" in this location really sucks. EXCEPT for the awesome girl whomI've only ever seen in the morning. She acts like she is walking on sunshine and makes you feel happy to be alive. Maybe with the exception of her, it's time to clean house and hire a new staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The girl waiting on drive thru customers was totally rude.. she yelled at us and told us that they don't know what half and half coffee creamer was.. my drink came out 3 times wrong and the 3rd time she called me a bitch and slammed the window. So I paid for a drink I never got!! I will never ever step foot in your store again! I think some of your employees need more training and some should be fired!

I am a customer of Dunkin’ Donuts on whiskey road, literally 365 days a year. 95 percent of the time, my order is fantastic, however, lately it’s about 95% of the time is the opposite of fantastic. I realize that they have a bunch of new employees, but come on. Who on earth would ever want their bacon cooked like this.. I also don’t appreciate the rudeness of one of the new employees. It’s almost as if my business is an inconvenience to her. Hopefully this will be addressed, and corrected immediately.

Sarah that works the drive thru in the morning is the absolute best!!! She is Always so sweet and polite! Hey management!!! Give that girl a raise... if not, send her to Chick fil a to work, where she will be appreciated? All jokes aside, this Dunkin’ is my favorite, never a long wait, great coffee and great workers!
