A great market with lots of food to purchase, chicken pot pies, lasagna, and more dinners to heat up and enjoy. The owner Christain Carlisle and his amazing staff, including Jessica Russell, create delicious meals and the catering menu is 1st class!!

I went to Mackie Walker's birthday party today and the food was delicious especially the COOKIES!!!! The owner of Blue Collard was very courteous and friendly. My daughter's work uses them a lot and they have been very pleased every time!
