Terrible service. Workers had no service skills. No manners! Waited 20 minutes on breakfast. Potatoe rounds were cold. Breakfast chicken was nasty!! When we got our food they just pushed the tray towards me no thank you no sorry about the wait. Will definitely not go back!!! Whiskey road in Aiken S.C.

I get there at 9:10 pm and they say they can't make a grilled chicken sandwich because they close at 10 pm, so they make can drop chicken to make Cajun chicken so I get that and fries which were cold, Don't used this drive thru. yet to have a positive visit at this location. 12/30/2023

Didn't ring up my full order. No biscuits ready at breakfast time before 10 in the morning. Had to wait 10 plus minutes. The lady at the window wasn't rude but wasn't nice. She was just there like she didn't care, and from her outfit looked to be a manager.

The guy at the drive thru on sunday mornings just cannot get an order right to save his life and sometimes he's rude and sometimes he's "nice". I don't care to come back for the service but the chicken biscuit is good whenever I actually get it... If my order is correct and I don't have to wait 15

Horrible service. Charged an extra $2.99 to upgrade only my drink to a large sweet tea from a medium. When I asked about that cost, they made me wait twenty minutes on my food when the restaurant was empty. The lady was very rude. I won't come back.

My wife had dental surgery several days ago, and now we are on a soft diet. Love Bojangles dirty rice, green beans, red beans, mashed taters & gravy, sweet tea, plus the chicken and biscuits are delicious. Both our local Bojangles locations on Highway One and Whiskey Road here in Aiken have been a great place for good food and courteous service!Parking: Lots of parking available!
