You can not go wrong eating at Chick-fil-A, especially in Aiken. Great place to meet friends and eat.The store is always clean and bright with the friendliest service you could find anywhere.Note: Very crowded drive thru at peek meal times. At those times, suggest going in and eating or calling to pick up inside. Otherwise, plan to eat slightly earlier or later. Food's great anytime.
Aiken has the nicest Chick-fil-A staff and quick, consistent service. Food is always prepared correctly and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. You can expect a good experience at this Chick-fil-A.

There is no fast food place that can compare to Chick-fil-A. They are the cleanest, with the friendliest staff, and very efficient, especially considering the amount of business the do. Their sandwiches are great, my favorite being the spicy chicken sandwich with American cheese and bacon, with some Texas Pete Hot sauce. And don't forget their waffle fries and a chocolate milkshake!
I looked forward to having some breakfast. I placed my order online (via phone) while waiting in the drive thru (before 10:30). The car in front of me was taking forever to order and the employee kept entertaining them. By the time it was my turn they told me they couldn’t fulfill my order because they had stopped serving breakfast. My time and excitement for Chick-fil-A felt wasted. It would have been nice if the employees could advise people in the drive thru which car would be the last to be served for breakfast instead of having Chick-fil-A accept online/mobile orders that they will then cancel. Usually love Chick-fil-A but this experience was disappointing. SMH. Took my $ elsewhere.

I love that you can place your order in the App and go to a separate drive-thru line for mobile orders. It's usually faster than regular drive-thru. My order was correct and the food was fresh and hot!
I enjoy my meal. But, I don't see what the frenzy is about. They are always busy but, their systems are well though out and the employees execute it very well.
The slowest chik fil a i have ever been to. I used to work at a chik fil a that grossed millions of dollars over a single year and the aiken one is run the exact opposite. Built a whole new drive thru that took months of it being closed, and its slower than ever. They bring you your food but then you're stuck in line....*update* 04/23 because zaxbys opened up next door they have actually started being more like every other chik fil a. Still smaller portions at the same price for a lot of the items on the menu, but at least the drive thru seems bearable now.Added another drive thru lane and have 4 outside order takers but don't have the other drive thru lane open so it takes over 15 minutes to get your food. Absolutely ridiculous location, I have never seen a chik fil a so mismanaged. See photo attached at 12:15pm in the middle of lunch rush.
