The quality of food just isn't that great here. Me and my fiancé paid $21 online for a burrito and quesadillas and forgot several ingredients. Both of our food just tasted like eating rice. If you're going to charge premium prices for food, at least make the taste worth it. I don't think I'll return to this location.

Bad service the associates was not friendly and when we got home our chicken was burnt it was 8pm they didn't have spicy chicken and they said the chicken they had was limited if you close at 9pm we should have had fresh chicken

The food is always so good. If one item doesn’t look as appetizing as usual, I simply get a different thing. I don’t understand weirdos who only get one order, every single time.The servers are always super friendly, even when they’re swamped. They get my food taken care of in a timely order every time. People complaining about having to “wait” for ingredients or their food, fail to realize that Diablos is a hot spot for both a college and a university. Get off their backs. They’re working hard to make sure you get your food.Lastly the atmosphere is a little bit of a downer. They’re so understaffed, they can keep it as clean and upkept as it could be. Night shift especially desperately needs more workers. The amount of times I’ve walked in and seen only two workers, with a line spanning all the way to the door is astounding. I always instantly turn around. I can wait till tomorrow for my burrito. No reason to make their night more difficult than it already is.Dietary restrictions: They have food for everyone. And are more than willing to explain all ingredients in every product.

Ordered a takeout order from here and was super disappointed - the guacamole was literally black (scooped it off, did not eat) and my chips were totally wet and mushy. Would not eat here again.
This place is gross. There's no other way to say it. The food took about 30 minutes to come out, and there were very few in the place. (all we had were beef nachos). When they did arrive, they were without flavor. I was just in town visiting, but I will defiantly not be back.

Last few time the meat on line was either dry or burnt. Service is terrible they always seem like they don’t want to serve you. Not only that but when my sister worked there and our mom went to the hospital she got fired because she missed to many days. She called and text letting the boss know the situation. Come to find out she was blocked and they purposely fired her. The whole management team is messed up. The only ones who are worth the trip of going there is Matt, Avery, Brandon, Kurt, and nya. Other places have better service. Would not recommend to anyone.Wheelchair accessibility: The only plus this place has is the accessibility.

The food is generally pretty good but the last three times I’ve been there they are out of a ton of stuff (pico, corn salsa, sour cream, chips guacamole, et) it’s really frustrating to start an order and halfway through just to be told they are out of everything. Either prepare enough food for your business or tell customers before they start an order that you’re out of half of the menu.

It is 3:45pm on a sunny, Saturday afternoon. No sour cream, no guacamole, no pico, no diced tomatoes, no corn salsa! Just a bowl of meat and rice. DO BETTER! I didn’t wanna go to North Augusta to Chipotle but it’s obvious that they are the better chain!
