When you go to order carryout it says 15-20 minutes then I placed the order and it said 45-50 minutes. 5 minutes later it says my order is in the oven but still the estimated pick up time is 40-50 minutes. A pizza oven takes 5-10 minutes tops, this makes absolutely no sense and makes picking up a fresh pizza basically impossible.

Had the 2 med 1 topping pizzas with garlic bites and cinnamon bites special. It was hot and very good! I ordered with the app from Bruce's field and they were just coming out of the oven when we got there.

Chris was very rude and refused to fix our pizza and wings. Please see the photo.. these are supposed to be sweet barbecue bacon wings. That looks like a piece of bread. We also asked for a pepperoni pizza and were given a cheese pizza and were told that they wouldn't fix the order or give us our money back. THERE WAS ALSO A HAIR IN THE PIZZA AND HE STATED THAT NOBODY THAT WORKED THERE HAD HAIR LIKE THAT AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. We have contacted corporate and are hoping this store is either under new management soon or shut down. This is ridiculous.

Hair on the pizza! Staff member chris argued that this was not from his staff and refused a refund and also given something mushed all together to be passed as bbq bacon wings. Given another pizza with the receipt on the actual pizza! No gloves NOR HAIRNETS ON THE STAFF HANDLING THE PIZZA! They REFUSED to give a refund because they said it had been more than an hr......we came in 3 times so I guess the last time is what CHRIS is considering/counting as the hour...NEVER AGAIN!!!

If I could give this dominos a lower review I would. I ordered online and got a pepperoni pizza and when it asked for extra cheese it changed the whole pizza to a cheese pizza. We called Chris the manager had a very bad attitude. He told us we ordered online and it was on us. We hung up and dealt with the cheese And BURNT glued together wings. Then my friend found a hair on her pizza. So we went back to the store and spoke with Chris in person explained the problem and asked if we could just get a remake with pepperoni he REFUSED even though we told him we would pay any difference for the extra topping if it was one we ended up thinking the problem was settled we sat and waited on our pizza. HE MADE ANOTHER CHEESE PIZZA. We asked for a refund and he denied it. He refused to give us corporates number. We were more than reasonable with this manager and instead of diffusing the situation he escalated it for no reason. It could have been resolved in 20 minutes but instead it took 2 hours and 3 people to get a remake on a pizza correctly. His workers were even in the back looking like they felt bad for us I will never order for there again. And Chris needs to be fired bad before he runs all of the customers away. It was absolutely no reason for us to go through what we did for one pizza. And it’s so hard to write a response to the company that nothing will happen to him. And in the remake of the pizza he put a receipt on the actual pizza just to be nasty.

We order a pepperoni pizza online with extra cheese and got a CHEESE pizza with extra CHEESE. When we called them, the manager said it was on US. We later found HAIR on the pizza as well. This was a gross experience that left a bad taste in our mouths ( literally). The manager needs to go through customer service training again if he thinks this is a good way to treat people. His name is Chris and he needs to be fired ASAP. That's on periodt

Waited at least 15 minutes for curbside service after the tracker notified me my order was ready and I had already checked in. They supposedly have a free pizza guarantee if you wait more than 2, but conveniently for them, the tracker kept resetting. Tried to call the store for support but was immediately put on hold. The guy who brought it out apologized for the long wait but couldn't give me any information about the 2 min check in. My child was sleeping in the car. If I'd known there was such an issue/ delay with the curbside service, I'd have chosen another restaurant. The food was fine, but it had obviously been sitting in the warming bag or under a heat lamp.

They sold me an 8 Slices pizza as.an EXTRA-LARGE, the dough looked like a sheet.of.paper and when i called the store to complain, the man on the phone only DEFENDED the store, NEVER EVER apologized.

This is the most disrespected bunch of employees the general manager Chris needs to learn some manners and respect his elders, last night he accidentally took extra money from my mom and when I got home from work and she told me about I told her we are going up there to get her money back, that little boy was talking to my mom in the rudest way and tried to deny taking her money and I threatened to call the cops, asked to see the video footage and asked who his boss is and guess what people he claimed not to have access to the video and did not give his boss’s name and gave my mom back her money! Someone really needs to teach this kid a lesson on respect and how to properly run a business I bet we will never come back to this dominos again
