I’ve been here a few times, the hash browns were good but falling completely apart (still edible so I didn’t care) the coffee was great the first day but idk what changed the next few times I ordered the same thing . Overall the place has a review except the quality differs based on who is working I think. I always use the mobile app so that is always a plus bc I can walk right in and outParking is terrible though. The design of the line wrapping around the building cuts off the parking a bit ??♀️

I made my first in-app order at dunkin' donuts . I learned that you have to get the timing just right by placing the order and arriving. If not then you are rushing them to fix an order that they just got. To me that sounds like going through the drive-thru anyway, I don't see a difference. That doesn't mean there isn't one because I have worked in fast food. I know that there are rhythms to the beat of music . Although I got my order and was about to check it and the lady working the drive-thru said it's all there so I drove off and I checked it and it was so I came back. I pulled up and just shook my head. No that it wasn't all there because I knew she couldn't hear me and just handed her the bag. And then I had to give her my phone to see what it was and she went around a corner and came back a little while later and told me herehere you go . They had crammed all my order into the same small bag. That just didn't seem like a pleasant thing to hand someone. And another thing . Well two actually , I didn't like handing her my phone and her walk off where I couldn't see. Plus it felt like the time she was gone. She could have checked I camera system to see if I was telling the truth or not. Made me feel kind of funky if that makes sense. Even though all that I still got my food and I didn't start. Plus I learned how to time app orders and arrival time.

Employees were not friendly at all. We ordered a hot coffee, iced coffee, a cup of water, and 2 donuts. The hot coffee had no flavor. The iced coffee tasted old, and the donuts were stale. We did not even drink our coffees. The employees were more concerned as to why the next shift were not there to relieve them instead of taking care of the customers. And we never even got the cup of water even after asking a second time for it.

I really enjoyed the donut i bought that day. They were soft and fresh I ate them while I drove. I got them as the food I decided to break my Daniel Fast with. I enjoyed them but I continued with my Fast. Praying the Lord see me thru the temptation.

Very Rude at the window! I was yelled at and dismissed just for speaking while they were busy at the window!
Do not order from here they gave me stale hard donuts and their phone does not work. And I can’t get a refund avoid this

I said no y’all giving them away . Got me mixed up with a different customer. Called back phone disconnected too. Very

At one time this was a great place.... but they decided to raise their prices to an extreme... and diminishing their service... that is disappointing.

A good place for coffee, but don't bother buying any donuts or Munchkins. The last few times I've tried their donuts they've either not had what I wanted or they've been stale. I bought Munchkins at 10:30 this morning and they were all stale. In fact they were so stale that I suspect they were from yesterday. If this had happened only once I'd give them another chance, but this has happened at least the last three times I've tried buying donuts at this location. The Dunkin on Whiskey Road doesn't seem to have this problem.
