We had some friends visiting from out of town and we made a reservation at FUSE to take them to dinner. When we arrived, host was not polite or welcoming. He seemed like he didn't want to be there! Waitress was very nice, polite and did a great job for us! Several of us ordered the steak/cheese sandwich and it came with fries. Fries were old and tasted bad. None of us finished our sandwich....Very salty with little meat. One of us got the ribs. They were fair, but have had much better at other restaurants! When we left and going out of door, same host was there. He didn't say thank you for coming, hope you enjoyed your meal, please come back....didn't say anything! We will not be going back!

Absolutely love Fuse!! Would take a bullet for the Thai Strip and the Ramen is absolutely top tier. Excellent staff and a truly inspired menu. 10 stars!!

I've been fortunate to be able to have more than a few meals here at Fuse. In all honestly, not a single one has been close to being disappointing.Tonight, they had their take on a Philly cheese steak, and it's the best one I've had by far. Melty cheese, homemade mushroom aioli, and top notch steak. A top tier steak sandwich, at the least.

Very nice cozy spot in beautiful downtown Aiken. Both my friend and I had the ramen. It was realky good just needed a lil more heat for us. Our waiter was very attentive and nice.. helped with explaining the Menu. He was hispanic looking with a ponytail.. kudos to him :) the resiling wine was good and the grilled brussel sprouts

My husband and I made reservations online for 6:30PM. The host took us out to the patio and we told him it’s hot and we wanted to sit inside. The sun was in our eyes too. He told us we had to request to sit inside when we made reservations. I never had to request inside with reservations. He refused to seat us inside. We ordered wine , salad and dinner.The salads were good but the dinner came out right on top of them. The sun was getting more intense and I couldn’t eat my meal.A table of 6 men requested to go inside and they took them right in to eat. I told the host we were upset and couldn’t take it out there any longer . The owner came out and apologized and asked what he could do. I said take the wine off the bill. The evening was ruined!! The waitress was friendly and did okay. The host host refusal to seat us inside ruined our dinner. The food is good but we couldn’t enjoy it with sun in our eyes!!

Go for the ramen! So good! Tuna tartare was also amazing. Steak was average.
Had a reservation at 6:45 for a large group celebration. Seated on the patio. Our waiter was fantastic. He stayed on top of the drink, appetizer and entree orders. Tried a couple of appetizers and entrees, everything was delicious. We had a great time and enjoyed the evening. Would eat here again.

So me and the wife stop in for a birthday dinner and just happens to be out first night reintroducing proteins into our purification diet where we can’t have certain items and the chef (Chris) was eager to assist in creating a dish specific to our needs…Once it came out it looked outstanding and the taste was even better…If you could give TEN stars that still wouldn’t be enoughWe will be back for more, probably for that Dry Aged Tomahawk that sounds so awesome

Their reservation system lost our booking. We got a table on our own in an overflow room beside the bathroom. Noisy. Screaming kids. Took over an hour to get food.

We had a very disappointing experience. We were ignored for over 20 minutes after being seated and still had to ask twice just to get water. The server recognized our disappointment and offered a free appetizer, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, both the service and food continued to disappoint. Our Ramen was oversalted and the short ribs were tough (made worse by the fact that we had to ask twice for an actual steak knife). Our server never asked if the meal was to our liking. The atmosphere (decor) was great, but the service was sub par and the food mediocre.
