Employees always in the back smoking. STINK like an ashtray when they serve you. My mom loves these sandwiches but the employees just STINK. I have to wait half the time since guy is hanging outside in the back smoking and looking at women. When I mention about the smell he just says dont like it dont come back. GREAT EMPLOYEE. Terrible attitude and 2 different guys do the same exact thing. THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE.

I have bought many many Honey Baked hams over the years. This was my first and only bad experience. For no particular reason, I decided to weigh the ham when I got home. The sticker weight was 9.355 lbs, and the weight at home was 8 lbs 5.9 oz = 8.398 lbs. (Can you believe they weight to the 1000th? I guess so.) I returned to the store and the clerk invited me back to a re-weigh which was 8.75 lbs. confirming my own scale. After waiting several minutes for him to contact the manager, Gene, at home, a full refund was issued. My advice at this store is to bring your own scale and check the weight before you leave. The manager said it was because they pour on the glaze and it leaks off. I have never seen that happen. We would be talking about an entire pound of glaze leaking off.

I agree with an earlier review that this particular store might not be living up to the normal standard for this franchise. I have bought many many Honey Baked hams over the years at many stores (Denver, Cincinnati, Virginia, Maryland) and this was the first store that could not WEIGH the ham correctly. (You had one job!) For no particular reason, I had a feeling I should check the weight of the ham at home. Their sticker said 9.355 lbs. (Can you believe they weigh to the 1000ths? Yes, they actually do.). My Escali brand home baker's scale said 8 lbs 5.9 ozs = 8.369 lbs. Almost exactly 1 lb. off.... hmmm!? I returned it to the store and the clerk allowed me to go in the back for a re-weigh and it was 8.375 on his scale... I should have taken a photo of that. I waited several minutes for a re-fund as he called the manager at home and received a full refund and apology. The manager said the glaze leaks off after they apply it. I always thought they applied it at the store, and then put it in the leak-proof gold foil wrap, and then weigh the ham... and what do I know? The bottom line might be to HAVE THE WEIGHT CHECKED... and maybe even BRING YOUR OWN SCALE. This is a real first for me. I will be going to North Augusta or Columbia next time.

Them not being associated with corporate so they repeatedly told me leaves them not partisappating in anything that's advertised on TV or radio. So no specials or days of sales, taste testing ? just weird ?Parking: Good parkingWheelchair accessibility: One nice sized space with ramp area and good access ?

Everything was really good until my wife and I both bit into toothpicks laying inside the sandwich, not through the top as if to hold it together, but placed inside the sandwich..

$15 for 2 slices of turkey on wheat is crazy. There's mold in the ice /drink machine. The cashiers was nice though

We heard the sandwiches were good so we decided to visit for the first and LAST time. We walked in and were greeted by conversation of the 2 employees acting like 6 year old boys calling each other names. I ordered a sandwich and asked what comes on it and he said I don't know and when I asked if they had a sandwich with avocado he told me Moe's makes a good sandwich and I could get avocado there. My husband ordered a sandwich as well the classic ham...we made them both a meal and it was $30. When the food arrived to the table it looked like a 3 year old made it. There was more sauce and Condiments than there was meat. The building inside looked like they were either moving in or out just stuff stacked up everywhere. The CO2 was out on the Coke machine and the employees stood outside smoking the entire time we were there absolutely no interaction. We will not be returning

This was our first time trying this place. The employee was friendly and helpful, and the bread on the sandwiches was very good, however, the sandwiches themselves were a bit lackluster. They did not have much meat, and the other fillings were sparse as well. I ordered the signature honey baked sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes. It seems as if the amount of filling was not nearly enough for the thickness of the bread. Overall, probably not something we would eat again.
