It's was real busy with call in orders, but the staff kept both those orders and walk-ins moving right along. Subs were made to perfection, even being as busy as they were. Great teamwork.

Stoped at this location for lunch on my way to work, the AGM Bradley was really nice and moved with a purpose and maintained conversation through out it all, the other gentleman with the tattoos was also very nice and made a great sandwich… the store was very clean and I’ll definitely becoming back overall 10/10

The manager there is great. If he makes your sub it’s awesome. The exact opposite could be said about his two female employees working today. They take no pride in their work and do not comprehend light lettuce, or light oil and vinegar. While attempting to cut my sandwich in half, it might as well have been ran over with a steamroller. So yeah, great place if you want your sandwich flooded, a mountain of lettuce, and then flattened into the thickness of a single slice of bread.

I tried placing the order on line, got all the way through the process of ordering several subs. Got to the check out screen and I could not check out. There was no option for cash or pay at store. I called to order from the store, and voiced my complaint about not having that option. The guy on the phone said "what ever" I took my sub order to Marco's Pizza. I highly do not recommend this location for anything unless you want to get rude service.

Ok, so I wanted a veggie sub. The person who took my order told the guy sweeping to go and get this young lady. She was coming in the back door when he got to her. There was another customer there that placed an order. She came in with a big smile, went to the glove box, and put on gloves. I said to the other customer, "did you see that? She came in from outside and just put on gloves. Isn't she gonna wash her hands? "Excuse me" ... "Excuse me" and the other servers looked like a deer in headlights. I told the guy sweeping and he said take it up with her. So I asked again a little louder. Apparently, she was offended because they went into a huddle in the back and she never came back. When did cleanliness, something as simple as "wash your hands" get to be a cuss word. Food safety people, you're in the food prep business. You could have taken out the trash for all l know. WASH your HANDS! You should have seen the looks and jeers we got! That says to me that washing one's hands in this business is NOT a necessity. Yeah, we all probably have been up against the worst, but I would hope that if you eat there you didn't Know it. Owners - Training and observing execution is a must. Your company is only as good as the people you hire.

I've been to this location several times and they have executed every single time. Today (8/22/23) I ordered the "Big Kahuna" and that sandwich was made with so much LOVE! I feel like I really got a bang for my buck especially in THIS economy. I hpe they keep up the good work. VERY satisfied customer!

Went to get a sub last night but did not eat it. I watched the clerk check out the customer in front of me, then walk over to fix my sub without changing his gloves. I know it may be a little over the top, but I just couldn’t eat it . Please explain to your staff the need for this .
