All the Moe’s I have been in. The Aiken location is the absolute worst. Should have known when there was no vehicles in the parking lot and it was so dark. We ordered and when the last order was made they had very little steak left and put less than a half a spoonful on the quesadilla. And when asked we were told that’s is the serving size, then the employee yelled at another that they needed more steak. There was nothing but cheese in the quesadilla. Don’t waste your time and or money there!!!! Not one employee said Welcome to MOE’S. And as much as it cost there should have enough steak to have it in every slice of the quesadillas

I'd like to take a moment to give a shout out to the employees who worked tonight on 2/5/24. I came in with the ladies whom I support for dinner. It's always a bit of a hassle when going out to eat, because they all have to pay separately (myself included) due to them living in a group home. We've had instances before when restaurants give me a hard time for this so anywhere that doesn't is a gem in my book! The employees who made our orders were very patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. The gentleman who checked me out was also very patient with me while I paid for four separate orders and made the process so smooth and simple. He even helped me carry a couple of trays to our table as well as helping us get some other items that we needed later during our visit. Our food was delicious and the ladies I support want to come back again! Thank you for being such an accommodating business!

Tonight we ordered 5 tacos and indicated we wanted chips and salsa. Salsa and chips are printed on 3 receipts. NO SALSA We ordered a cup of guacamole so apparently someone was too lazy to go dip out 2 red salsas because we ordered guacamole. Someone in management needs to teach their workers how to READ!

Tonight sloppy food and a missing item. I called on my way to retrieve the missing item. When I was walking in 2 employees where talking about me. No one cares about customer service and eveyone is rude and disrespectful. Don't care not sorry. They did refund for the item. It was practically burnt on the bottom when I did get it home so it wasn't even worth going back for or getting free after all...?♀️?♀️ For a few years I've gone between the Evans and Aiken locations. Aiken used to be the better choice. In the last year it hasn't been as good, now neither location is very good. They skimp on things like lettuce when you order salads. Or just skimp on rice, beans and meat in general. Not to mention about every other visit they forget something in your order. Guess I'll go back to Diablos and Chipotle when I have to. 95% of the time I'll stick to eating at home. Going out anywhere is just not worth the money or time.

I love ordering Moe's on my app. The downfall is if they are out of an ingredient you won't know until you get home with it. The manager says they are supposed to call, but I've never received a call. Tonight I ordered a steak salad with no steak. I can't imagine then not having steak, and them not calling or adjusting the price when I paid for a steak salad.

Everything was good until we noticed the tea containers did not have tops on them. When we pointed it out to the staff, they looked at us like that’s just normal. How have we just gone through Covid just recently and so how this is acceptable?

If I had to choose between Moe's or Diablos I rather go to Diablos.. The tortilla chips taste stale the dip taste like it was watered down... My experience wasn't good but maybe someone else will enjoy it.

Burritos were made so messy, told us we'd have to wait 25 min for rice, poor customer service, filthy inside, gave us a small bag of chips for three meals. We won't be visiting this place anytime soon.
