Horrible experience last night. Started out with a salad that had maybe a table spoon of dressing on it. Ordered toasted raviolis as an app and took forever to get them out but they finally came. Just one minute before our food came out table of 4 and 3 plates came out it took till the 3 of us to be done eating before the 4th persons meal came out and gad to ask for a Togo box. $104.00 on a horrible experience...

Our dining experience was good overall! The food service and waitress was also great! The only issue was that we were not allowed to sit where we requested.

First time to this olive garden of Aiken and I must say the food wasn't up to par, the portions were small. The Alfredo fettuccine was dry and overcooked. The Chilli soup was bland. However, great service from the server. I'll continue to go to the Augusta location.

I went here on a weeknight for a birthday dinner. We had a party of 15 and was seated rather quickly. We were advised that there would be 2 servers to handle our party. I had the server who gave us the WORST SERVICE. She took our drink order and our drinks came out 30 mins later. We ordered our food and it took over an hour for it to come out. I spoke to the manager and he explained that the kitchen was understaffed. This may explain why the salad contained an olive with the pit still in it. I am lucky that I did not crack a tooth. The kitchen being understaffed still does not explain why our drinks took so long. We were advised by the manager that we would have a coupon on our checks for the inconvenience but when the checks came out, we did not see them. The server became aggravated by the mix up and stormed out of the restaurant. I am a very sympathetic person and expressed my concern for her but she may need to choose another profession because the restaurant business isn't for everyone. The manager was very kind but I will continue to stick to Olive Garden in Augusta.

I had a party of 4. We ordered Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Alfredo, Tour of Italy, and Lasagna. All of the food came out old. The chicken was dried out to the point of discoloration. The noodles were dried out to the point of discoloration as well. I will not be back.

We have been 2x its a typical olive garden. Hot a huge pothole in the parking lot that bent a rim and you have to check your bill for over charges. Don't use the tablet on the table it doesn't tell you it charges 2.99 or 4.99 for 1 quiz game with 10 questions. Some of the staff is not that friendly

Not a good experience at this Olive Garden. Spent the majority of the visit waiting. Waiting 35 minutes to enter a mostly empty restaurant serving only a few tables. Waiting a half hour for appetizers, waiting an hour for our meal. Worst of all, it was obvious our food had been sitting for an extended time when we received it. The pasta had turned sticky and brown looking, the sauce was cold and congealed looking. Sad for a brand new restaurant. Won't be returning.
