We have been a papa John’s customer for probably 15 years. My last couple of orders have been real bad .its not the service it’s the quality of the food it’s bad I’m done dealing with them .

I ordered pizza and wings. The wings were like they had boiled them and the pizza was burnt. When I went to take the food back the guy was very rude and I still had to wait another 25 minutes before I got my food.

Pretty good pizza. I'm satisfied. Not sure where all the negativity was coming from but I'm good. Got the pizza in about 35 minutes. Hot n Fresh. No issues. Thanks PJ for making this a great experience.
I had a medical appointment in the area and I promised myself a pizza pie and chicken. I placed my order and headed home. Overall the pizza and chicken was good. You really can't go wrong with good-ole pizza. Yum!

I’m giving a 5 star because the Young Man that Serviced Me was very pleasant and got right to work. I ordered the night before for pickup at 11am, their system stated I picked up the order already which was not the case for me. I needed the order at 10:45 as my Son lunch break was at 11am (11am the earliest option online). I walked in a 10:40 to pickup and learned the above information. (I wish I knew his name) had me walking out by 11:04 with three large pizzas. He was apologetic and solution based. I am very pleased with the service provided. Thank you ?

Ordered online and promised a credit for the inedible food that arrived. Called again today to be told that we are only allowed to order the same thing that was messed up. Then asked sarcastically by Adam if my order would have been soooo different this time. I don't care for you Adam nor did I care for your sarcasm. So when I told you it was pretty different I heard you cursing. Needless to say, but I won't be ordering here anymore.
I'm vegan tried to Order the same Order I get from One of the best Papa John stores the One in North Augusta A simple no cheese pizza and veggies not from the table because they are usually cross contaminated because they don't have utensils to keep the veggies and meats separated. oh yea and no butter extra sauce. Mind you again I request the same Order All the time in North Augusta and they Provide me with Excellent service!!! But this individual tonight at papa johns on university in Aiken had the nerve to tell me no he couldn't and when I said North Augusta makes it no problem it's A simple pizza he had the nerve to make the remark that North Augusta could be telling me lies when they make my pizza that they could still be using the cross-contaminated veggies. I told him he had an evil heart because that's what he envisioned himselfdoing and I walked away. Don't want no devilit was only one working at the papa John's on University in Aiken making me no pizzas with ill intentions in his heart!Give me pizza meat free cheese free cross contaminated free. I'll pay for it just likeevery other paying customer. how they gon turn me around because I want my veggies meat juice free. Somebody needs to stop this b.s. is it so hard to make a veggie sandwich or veggie pizza it has no meat that's it ? duh!!

As many have stated apparently, Ive had a bit of poor customer service here, but nothing out of the ordinary. Today though, I had to deal with straight up aggression from nowhere.This location needs to vet its people better; otherwise, they don't make terrible pizza.

I have ordered from this location almost every week for over a year. Was told tonight that the delivery drivers are not allowed to come to hotel rooms anymore. So buyer beware you will have to meet them way out in parking lot. Next will be they can't come to your house. If this is how they choose to do business I choose not to do business with them. Might as well be carry out only.
