I usually write joke reviews but this place is actually so awesome, I mean the subs are so good, Firehouse and Subway couldn't ever compete, the employees are always so nice and make my day better, and honestly this is probably one of my favorite places to get food and it makes it better that I'm a minute walk away from work.

I have been a customer of Pats for over 30 years, but never have I had a meal here like I did yesterday. I purchased the roast beef sub and it was maybe one of the best subs I have ever had. Restaurant was clean, staff was nice, and was waited on quickly. 5 Stars!

Food was GREAT the first go....and pretty disappointing the second visit when I took a friend there. They got o quit wrapping the subs in the parchment paper....by he time I got home with my to-go Order all my provolone cheese was completely stuck to it. I added some mozzarella to the remainder of the meatball sub before tossing it in the oven...and...really good. Oh yeah....please try their brownies....5 out of 5 for them! I will try the subs one more time though and mention the issue I had so we can avoid it. I like Pat's. I would like to become a regular...we will see.

Went for the first time today....and my husband and I both LOVED our subs.. they were the BEST!
My wife brought home her leftover chicken salad sandwich. This is without question the best chicken salad I’ve ever had.
