Pass on this one horrible horrible service and corporate can’t even make them do right. Franchise should be pulled. If you want your pizza right or on time not going to happen hear almost like they try to make it bad.

Whiskey Rd, Aiken SC, Pizza Hut is the worst. Waited in line for 15 min for an order that had been ready for 15 min by the time I got it. Then, when I got it it was wrong. The folks are rude there, and I understand being busy but naw, not like that. The person hardly acknowledged me and didn't speak to me even once. Just a bad experience overall. If I could give zero stars I would.

This their second time messing up my food. Never coming back!!
I waited 30 after I placed my order to go get it. I sat 30 minutes in line that was wrapped around the building. When I could get out the line I went inside. I stood there 20 minutes before I was even spoken to or looked at by any employee. Then stood there another 20 minutes waiting on my order. When I got my food the order was cold missing items and service is awful.i ordered the bacon cheesey bread and got plain ole cheese sticks. My pepperoni bacon pizza has bacon on half on all the pepperoni was round the crust and cold. The cheese pizza was tough and chewy the hot wings one was pooled in sauce and the other was no a complete order I bought the dipping sauce but did not get it. This most awful pizza hut I have ever had. Do not recommend to anyone. I spent over $40 I could have went across the street to Little Ceaser's and had better pizza and service and would have been quicker

This Pizza Hut has horrible service if you are a customer or Dasher. I ordered a pizza and 2 hours went by no delivery. I had to just drive up there. As a dasher, they will leave you standing there and not acknowledge you. Also forgets to put ALL the food in the bag so double check.

My delivery order took 1hr and 40 mins to arrive and part of the order wasn’t there. I was told to call the store but didn’t get an answer after calling 4 times. I had to still go to the store to get a refund, and the food was super cold.
This pizza hut is one of the greatest I've been to thus far the food was great especially the pepperoni the sauce was outstanding the neighborhood the area should I say peaceful you can actually sit in your car and don't worry about any trouble coming your way I recommend anyone to stop by this Pizza Hut and get pizza of your
Food and service was good, no complaints there, but they were playing music so loud you had to lean over the counter and shout to get your order, got my name and number wrong due to that but at least food was correct. Business wasn't conducted professionally, turn the music down.

My family ordered 2 pizzas for dinner last night using the Pizza Hut app. After placing the order the notice on the screen said we would receive our order within 30 minutes. An hour later we still have not received the pizza. My daughter suggested that I check the front porch. Sure enough there were two cold pizzas on the porch. The worthless delivery person was too lazy to ring the doorbell to let us know our food had been delivered. That’s what happens when you tip these kids before they do their job.
