The food was good, didn't need sauce, and was fast. They have a ketchup based and mustard base sauce to use no vinegar base, though. Pricing was ok. You're closer to 15-20 a person than 10-20. The staff was nice and helpful too didn't rush us to order and verified the order.

We got an array of food selection when we went because it was our first time and wanted to try things out. I was disappointed with their ribs, they came out tempid and wasn't fall off the bone most, a little tough. But their pulled pork is amazing. Their special potato with everything on it was amazing. The onion rings were great. Chicken tenders were great. French fries awesome. And the shanes pulled pork sandwich on their bread was insane. Oh and the fried okra and macaroni and cheese. I would go back but will never get the ribs again.
Last night my husband and I ordered the BBQ chicken and it was cold and too salty and the chicken was very dry and I couldn't finish it and we won't be back.

We went during the day on the weekend to get a take out. The Customer Service was Very Quick and Welcoming. When we came back from a short errand, the order was Correct and Ready. The sampler with okra, potato salad, and peach cobbler was Delicious. We're looking forward for another Great Meal.
They have an allergen menu but their on-site staff contradict menu about which items have which allergen ingredients ( example: the menu says grilled chicken tenders do not contain dairy. Their chef says he soaks them in butter ... ) Their allergy menu also contradicts * itself * ( example - sandwiches don't contain dairy according to the menu but also according to their menu all their bread does? )Did not end up eating anything

Look i usually dont have an issue with shanes but just order inside the restaurant the online order is a joke set pick up for 11:00 and have been sitting here for an extra 30 mines on top the fact i submitted the order at 10:30 so its been over and hour for some chicken strips and a bbq melt everyone who has come in after me and place an order has all ready gotten their food and its not been a couple people we are talking like 7-8 orders

When I ate at this restaurant I got it to go so I did not really experience the atmosphere of the restaurant! But when I went to pick up my food people were lined up and the individuals already seated seemed very pleased!! I would definitely recommend their food! The only complaint I personally did not care for the coleslaw but that may be me! Other than that, great restaurant!
