The food was wrong. All the subs were not made correctly. The lady behind the counter. Couldn't speak english. Had her kids sitting in a booth waiting on her. A child or the other guy, a young kid and a young girl. The guy worked there sitting in a boof boyfriend and girlfriend him not getting app and then finally got up to wait on people. I've never had a bad experience with Subway except this one.

I placed an order online and put in the code FLBOGO and it would not take my code so I tried calling and kept recieving a message saying call could not be completed. I go into the store tell "Jenifer" about my issue and ask for another sandwich, she said I had to pay for another sandwich, so I went through the process on my phone so she could she my issue. Her response was there was nothing she could do, I said yes there is, you could always give me another sandwich, she said no she couldn't. I told her she was not customer focused, she said sorry , have a good day! Please if "Jennifer" were my employee, she would be out of a job! If I could get in touch with the owner of the Subway located at 804 Pine Log Road Aiken, SC I would try to make him aware of this employee and sugguest some customer training. I will NEVER return to this place of business again! There are several Subways in this town along with many other sub shops! I am furious, such horrible treatment by what was a loyal customer!

The service is extremely slow, as well as, some of the employees are rude. One of my subs was wrong in my order, and had to wait another 30 minutes to get it corrected along with no apology and argumentative staff.

When I walked in one guy was sitting down on his phone an the other came out of the bathroom shortly after to help make me and my mom’s sandwiches they’re customer service was bad and they had trash all over the floor and the food area looked a mess!

I have always tried to give a place another chance even after the first time they messed up and then fixed. To see if things are getting better, unfortunately that's not the case here. I ordered again online for a pick up after work yesterday and it wasn't no where the way it was supposed to be. So I don't recommend this place if you want to get it ordered online and then pick it up later you may want to be there in order to make sure it's what you want

The customer service at this location is non-existent. Our first bad experience happened when my brother went there to pick up two orders. He was immediately asked what he was doing. The employee then made comments to another employee about him looking like the type that would “shoot the place up.” Only one of the orders was ready and the employees insisted that there was not a second order. They accused my brother of trying to steal. After an hour of pressure, they found the order and admitted that it was their mistake.The final straw was when we lost a $15 gift card because they said they didn't receive our order even after we showed proof that it was placed. Once again the employees accused us of trying to steal when it was us who was losing money!

They cannot get it together. Line out the door, then girl Who works there says she has to go to the bathroom and will be right back…disgusting after Waiting in line for 18 minutes and they still didn’t even take my order

I didn't go get my order until my app said it was ready. It takes 5-8 minutes to get there, but when I walked in, my order wasn't even ready. Not only did they make two people's orders while I stood there for my "already ready" mobile order that had been placed, my order was made wrong.

Worst service imaginable! Slower than a turtle. Looking out the window & literally moving in slow motion. I asked her move the sandwich along, but she kept chatting with a group of guys that she knew. Took her 10 min to make 1 simple sub.

Person behind the counter was more interested in listening to music in his earbud than paying attention to what was being ordered. I don’t expect much at subway but ignoring a loud high pitched beeping for 20min and paying so little attention to what’s being ordered that you mix up “pepperoni” with “number 8”…. That’s well below even my low expectations

I placed an order online around 6;30 pm got to the store a little before 7:00 pm. The store was closed. And the 32 dollars for the subs was taken out of my bank.
