The vibe was solid. There was louder music coming from a different vendor and that was drowning out the music that Takosushi was playing. The waitress seemed a little agitated at first but after a little while she was great. Drinks and food were amazing.

We went for Mardi gras and they had open tables empty and we had 7 adults and 1 child had to stand and some sit at the bar. Younger hostesses at the door don't seem to know how to seat people or deal with crowds. Food is good and the bartender was friendly .Kid-friendliness: Had NO milk ?

DO NOT EAT HERE! My girlfriend and I ordered take out sushi from here and got home to find 2 silverfish in our salmon roll. I have also heard from people that work here that the sushi bar is the ONLY area cleaned at the end of the night. Absolutely disgusting.

Great experience! Food was top notch, and the service was outstanding!
We came here today, the first time for me, but my husband has been years ago. We had the pot stickers for an appetizer, amazing and highly recommended. I ordered the “ Crazy Roll” and it was the best roll I’ve had in this area. Highly recommend it. The waitress was nice, she kept our drinks filled at all times, and the service was great with getting our food out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I love this restaurant. The atmosphere is great; and you have the option to sit inside, at the bar, or dine outside. I love the open floor plan, it creates a social environment in my opinion; my only complaint would be that the tables are small. I go regularly and the food is consistently great, every sushi roll and appetizer I have tried has been wonderful; and they have the best sushi in the CSRA. The service wasn’t good today, but that is not their standard; the server could have been new or had an off day. In the decade or so I’ve been going, I’ve only had mediocre service twice that I can remember; usually their servers are wonderful. Unfortunately Google just happened to ask me to leave a review today after one of those two times.

I've eaten at this restaurant several times and I've always enjoyed the food. Today I sat outside with my dog for about 15 minutes hoping somebody would come and see if I wanted a menu, which I did. A waitress came out to clear another table and made no attempt to see if I wanted anything. Unfortunately, some passersby wanted to pet my dog and I did not see her go back in. It's obvious I was actively being ignored. Very poor service.
