Visiting from out of town, walking around Aiken and decided to grab a coffee, It looked interesting and it definitely was. I loved the theme and the inviting smell of sweetness. The white chocolate espresso caught my eye, I had it over ice. It was sweet and delicious. What a great place, with a friendly staff, delicious sweets, and interesting interior.

What a wonderful establishment. Great prices and great desserts. I always get the Buttery Penguin. They have so many combinations and flavors. The employees are always so helpful. Camden always has a smile when everyone comes in and explains everything so well. Would definitely recommend for families and adults!Kid-friendliness: Decor, environment, and flavors are all kid friendly.

Yesterday was my first time at Vampire Penguin. I was hanging out in The Alley, but tired, and needed some coffee.I wish I could have given a 4.7 The only issue I had was so minor that it doesn't deserve mentioning.I love the atmosphere. I think it will be a cool place to meet up with friends. I don't know what they put in my coffee or what kind of coffee they use, but it was the best tasting brew I've ever had. It was perfectly sweetened without a lot of sweetener. Yet, it wasn't bitter at all. I must go back for some snow cones or a banana split! Mmm!

Owner, Jeannette, literally pushed chair on me to move a table over. I turned around to see what was hitting me, THEN she said can i push this table over? I mean, what happened to excuse me. No apology from her or nothing! She just looked at me and walked away. Very unwelcoming! I took my money and left.

We stopped here to get drinks. I got an orange julie with popping pearls. It was very refreshing. We want to come back to try the snow. Lots of tasty flavors are available,it looks. Fun little place.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go. My adult daughter and I are always up for going. I am a fan of the fruity flavors. My son in law likes the chocolate ones and my teen is a fan of the drinks. The service behind the counter can be spotty but hey they are young and learning how to work. The owners are quality people providing a great product.

We've been in twice. The first time, over a year ago, we enjoyed delectable treats. The young woman at the counter talked with us, giving the back story of the company. She took our order after making some suggestions. We tipped her for taking such great care of us.Today, after making the long drive, my son and I eagerly entered the shop. We looked at the menu while a young man finished up with a customer. Then, as the woman stepped away from the counter, he left. He wiped down a couple tables. We understood. Then he stepped back behind the counter, looked at us and the line forming behind us, and left the area again. We shared a bemused look with the couple behind us. Then he walked into the back. All of this was a good five minutes. When he came out from the back, he was picking his nose on the way to the counter.We walked out.We'll try Vampire Penguin again in the future. But it will be a while. I hope they're there when we do.
Excellent light and yummy! A mix between shaved ice and ice cream. Creamy yet icey. Boba thai tea was very good too!!! Pricey but totally worth it. High quality

We were looking for an ice cream shop and found this place in downtown Aiken. We got one Twix flavor, one Strawberry Cheesecake flavor, one Thai tea with popping mango boba, and one Thai tea with the brown sugar boba. Man! Everything was great!! Order arrived quickly and all items were super flavorful. Highly recommended!
