The music is way too loud and add the noise of the yelling out orders and metal chairs scraping the floor, the atmophere was horrible. We will not be back. Other customers next to us expressed the same feelings. The food and sevice was great, but we couldnt wait to get out of all the noise.
My fiance and I had breakfast and it came out quick (like crazy quick), hot, cooked perfectly, and food presentation was on point!!

Walked in got a we will be right with you and after almost 10 mins standing at the register they never got to me. Only 2 customers sitting in the restaurant. The cook she kept cooking and never acknowledged me the male who was calling out orders never said anything else just kept calling out I assume call in orders and nothing to say as I walked out. I went to Pine Log Rd and they had 6 customers and greeted me nicely took my order and I was out in 5 mins. There were only 2 workers at this location as well but what a difference in customer service and human kindness. The 2 at the Whiskey Rd location need to be trained in customer service and maybe a % of human kindness will touch them as well. This location deserves no stars will not frequent this location again.Parking: NA

The service was bad. The waitress wasn't even focused on me when she took my order on a napkin. Then completely lost focus when one of her "regulars" came in. Long story short they failed to get my order correct. Just down right terrible.
Saw a gentleman use his pare hand to touch my ready to eat waffle. other than that good.

Never ordered. Went after remodel and waitress never came over to take order or even get drinks. We sat there for 15 minutes and never got looked at. As we got up to leave because the service was terrible. We got eyes rolled and hands thrown up like we were at fault. I used to work here. Place used to be good.

Everything was as usual for Waffle House, always enjoy an All Star Breakfast. Except our server in particular, very lazy, and he scrapped his arm over my straw after I had to wait a long time for him to bring so now another wait for the replacement, and our drinks didn’t get brought to the table until the first plates of food were brought. He didn’t bring things to us, had to ask other server for refill and when I ask her to tell him we needed one she said not gonna tell him anything and got the refill herself. When we were done we had to ask for the tickets & he literally wrote them then laid them on the counter in front of him & said her you go. So we had to get up to even get them. You could tell by the way the other servers were with him he didn’t do the work he needed to be doing then as we were waiting to check out he went to our table looked at it but didn’t pick anything up then came back to the register as if he was looking for his tip money. I have never not tipped someone but that happened this visit. He did nothing worth receiving one. Hopefully for the other servers sake he isn’t there very long because he didn’t nothing but get in their way.
