We were seated in the bar area and it was no later than 6:30 pm. There was an elderly gentleman who was entertaining a young lady by massaging her shoulders and singing quite loudly. Just put it this way... I did not feel comfortable. I will not be returning .

I didn't get what I ordered and the server was so overbooked with tables that I just accepted it as is. The servers were bustling and doing awesome with how many people they had there - but the B team was working in the kitchen. My husband is an executive chef, so this isn't me just being a "Karen" - How they saw shrimp and thought it said chicken doesn't make much sense. I know the server put it in right, so this fell on the kitchen. My husband said maybe it was a sign from above not to eat the shrimp!
Went for my birthday dinner was told it be 15 minutes. A couple with there kid comes in after use that knew one of the waitresses and got sat down before use. Got a sirloin really no flavor, wasnt impressedwife's dinner was better. Waited for A1 and a refill on my drink.

Ordered the 2 for $25 skillet one chicken and bacon, one steak. Ordered one large blue moon and one large blue margarita served in the bowl style cup. Both came standard with mash potatoes and broccoli but broccoli was substituted for slaw.What was supposed to be a blue moon tasted and smelled like Budweiser. The blue margarita was served in the same kind of glass as the beer and was anything but a margarita. After tasting my "margarita" I quickly decided against buying another drink. I should have cancelled our order and left but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Nearly an hour later the food came out. The 6 ounce steak was maybe a 4 ounce and the potatoes had some kind of butter on them that was not included on the menu. The chicken bacon came with one tiny piece of bacon and when I moved stuff around on the plate I found a mystery mushroom and under the potatoes was a cut of chicken that looked like it had been picked at. This store won't have my business again and after experiencing what can only be described as being served someone else leftovers I don't know that I will eat at any Applebee's again. There's just no words for the level of disappointment
