Had a horrible experience back on Feb 25th. Was contacted by the GM. Was told I could have a free meal and I explained I live over 3 hours from there and was just passing through town. The GM asked for my address to mail me a gift card. I never received it or a response to further emails. It's now April 4th. Shows they really don't care about customer service. Not eating at Arby's moving forward.
Paid $41 in the drive thru for our meal, they didnt put the au ju in for the French dip, and we had to get our own straws, very rude staff.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing because we were traveling and were stuck in traffic. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the dining room was already closed, so we didn't get to use the bathroom or wash our hands before eating.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian sides but not many vegetarian entrees.

The restaurant is clean. The food is fast. The staff are friendly and provided great service. My phone was dead and I was waiting on a call from the mechanic working on my vehicle - they got me set up on a charger and made sure I didn’t miss the call. Thank you. Also - the French dip was on point.

Melissa, the manager, stayed an extra 20 past closing, to fix my order, and I have not met many who go out of their way to please customers like that. The food was good and hot, and we are extremely grateful! Thank you Melissa!!!
They didn't have the game burger like we wanted. So we ordered something else. Everything was good but the frys were cool as

The restaurant was clean The parking lot was empty but I was there at 9:00 p.m. they had at least five employees on staff when I went through they were friendly but I ordered my food got to the window paid they asked me to pull forward and I sat and waited for 15 minutes then I went inside and they said oh Sorry the oil had gotten cold so they had to warm it back up to drop down my food to cook it. So I had to wait for them to finish cooking my fries and the jalapeno poppers I ordered and the jalapeno poppers were undercooked. Me being inside made them felt rushed I guess after I had already waited 15 minutes so though the place was clean and friendly and open for traffic they were just a little bit lacking in they're preparedness

The service was quick and courteous. Arby’s is one of my go to’s on a motorcycle road trip. The store was clean and the sandwiches were tasty.
They were rude in drive-thru constantly sighing loudly and trying to rush to hurry and get us out of the drive-thru. Only for them to not have their normal curly fries and instead we got freezer burnt crinkle fries. The French dip was the only good thing but their bacon burger was just sad and the fries didn't help. I feel so bad because it was a $30 order and Im the one who requested Arby's for lunch and it was an awful experience

Service here was quick. Chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich was tasty, but Arby’s chicken has gotten smaller each time I order one. Restaurant area was in good condition, but it appeared to be one of the older decors. May be time for refresh.

Okay this review is after I gave them 3 chances. First time forgot I was pulled didn't bring food at all. Second pulled me didn't bring drinks or fries and I waited no one came drove around to window to have the person act as if I was being crazy asking for food I payed for. Third time ruban sandwich cold took the sandwich and warmed it up and handed it back soggy and nasty.
