I went there for the first time today. Placed my order and was told 10 minutes. Gentleman sat behind counter and seemed thoroughly disinterested in the call ins and customers. After 15 minutes, I asked for the status of my order, he said a couple of minutes. I’m on a 30 minute lunch break. I waited til 25 minutes while other customers asked about their orders. A couple of minutes is the standard reply there, no more on his part, just a couple of minutes. Finally he started bringing bags to the front, and the back help came bringing bags. There was a discussion, and most if not all orders were wrong. They completed two orders from multiple bags and no information to those of us waiting. I asked about my order, my 30 minute lunch break way over. He responded with no apathy, or care, or heaven forbid, an explanation, “Would you like your money back”. Well, excuse me, it’s my fault I tried this restaurant. I took my money back knowing they’ll never get any more from me from the worst service and attitude of any restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Wings were extremely big. Gave me all drums and one flat on both of my orders of wings which include 8 each. Very disappointed. Spent 30$ and didn’t even eat the food. When I called he told me there was nothing they could do. Wont be back for a while. I work in food service and I would always give someone the option to recook their food. Taking ppls hard earned money but can’t correct their order.

Used to be a great place. None of the food was up to par like it was when growing up. Family got sick off of their food whiting just a few minutes after leaving. Waitress was really rude as well. And we paid almost 80 for five people. Three of them being kids. Never going back.

Bamboo Garden is not the place to eat like it was in the past. My husband picked up an to go order.. consisting of steak and vegetables, shrimp fried rice, and 3 egg rolls. My rice was gummy. My egg rolls were greasy and over cooked. Rather burnt, the sauces did not taste right. Especially the soy sauce. This is an update on Bamboo Garden, MY husband went back to give them another chance, the egg rolls were crispy brown, the rice was cooked correctly I ordered egg drop soup that hit the spot! They are back, they are back!

I’ve eaten here many times but, this time it was not up to par. The soup was oily water with little to no taste. I actually had to add flavorings when I got home! The chicken wings were asked to be cooled well. They were not.I know they were really busy. There were people calling in, customers waiting in line and at the door. I understand being busy and not having enough help BUT…. I paid good money . I just want good good.

The rice was mushy and when we showed the manager lady she stuck her fingers in it and said. No it's ok and expected us to eat it. Never
