My experience today was horrible. As I walked into the building I needed a menu to look over the new items that has been brought to Bojangles. When greeted I asked the young lady if I could have a minute to look over the menu since there was no one behind me. As I was finished looking over the menu, the lady appeared to be aggravated when told I was ready to order. She continued to wipe down the counter stating “it was wet” which is understandable but she purposely took her time wiping off the counter as well as the kiosk where she takes the order. After taking my order she walked away from the counter and did not tell me she was ready for payment. I asked her if she was upset about me needing a minute and she asked “really” like girl yes you’re being rude. It then took her a minute to take the gentlemen’s order that came behind me. Due to trying to go back and forth with me. She then has the need to tell her coworkers but failed to mention how rude she was. Over all this is not the place to go and sit down and enjoy your lunch. I’m not the type to even leave reviews but for her to be completely rude and mad because I need a minute to look over the menu is crazy. It’s called customer service.

I asked if the food was cold,old,fresh. When I left, I started tasting and my biscuit was so hard I couldn't finish it. Bo rounds, which I LOVE, was full of grease and cold. No flavor at all. I could tell that they had been there for awhile.

We got two #1's and the borounds that came with them were discussing they were soggy with grease and the borounds look as if they were fried in oil that hadn't been cleaned in weeks I'm very disappointed .

I want to hear for lunch today the chicken tenders were undercooked the biscuits had flour all over them they were hard and stale they tasted like they haven't been remade biscuits and the people there are very they need new staffing in my opinion because this place is awful how they treat people and how they serve cold food cold chicken tenders undercooked chicken tenders at that that's not the way to treat your customer I won't be doing business with that Bojangles

we ordered a chicken biscuit combo and a bec combo when we got our tea we tried it and was disgusting it was real soured taste..like the jug needed to be washed out and we told her she got a attitude like what you talking about never herd that before any ways we did get a different drink..food was hard a s a brick due not recommend this place

Made a pick up order online. Went to the store and waited 20 minutes for my order only to be told that they are out of biscuit mix and then when I asked for a refund they said that I had to do it through the app. Went on the app And the app said to contact the store so I called the store to cancel the order and I was promptly cussed out. Don't go here. Incompetent staff.

The line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go in. Went to open the door it was locked someone from the inside had to open the door. I stood in line behind a customer who was already there for about 10 mins before they took his order. I ordered fries with my meal. Lucky enough, I looked in the bag because it was bo-rounds instead. Got my drink they didn't have lids asked for lids, and the worker acted like I was asking her for money. Nevertheless, she put only a few lids out from her station. I should have gone to the bojangles in Piedmont.. this is the second time I have been to this bojangles because I have jobs in that location, and each time was bad. Next time, I will stay hungry till I get to piedmont.
