The people who are taking orders are rude ? have Attitudes and rush you! We almost left because if it. I don't think I will be back to this location. At the Pendleton location they are always nice, Patient, and they seem to want to actually be there. Here they seem to want you gone and not in a get you your food as soon as possible kinda way. It seems like they don't want customers to show up and if they do they are Irritated about it. Also we order two chicken sandwiches the same way and they came completely different ? one had lettuce and tomato the other only had mayo on it. We ordered the sandwiches as the normally come so we don't understand how it was so wrong ?

Chicken was cold and French fries were way over salte and cold! We had to wait because they said they just dropped the chicken and it would be 15 minutes. So wr pulled ahead, then 2 minutes later here comes the old chicken. SD it was not fresh dropped chicken! We will never come back!

Food was ok. Rice was cold, service left a lot to be desired. The gentleman that took our order, (manage ?), was almost rude in the way he spoke to us. Very short and curt. The store itself was dirty, trashing the floor in the lobby and behind the counter, trash cans overflowing. Condiment containers were dirty. Did I mention the weren't very busy, 3 people in the lobby and employees were standing behind the counter talking instead of cleaning. Sad being this is a new place

love the chick filet sandwich and all their breakfast is good... the sweet tea is good too.. honestly the whole menu is pretty goodParking: lots of front parking places and just steps away from the entranceWheelchair accessibility: very big handicap parking spaces but waiting in line to order puts those in wheelchairs nose level with booty holes and one wet fart will ruin the appetite of any paralyzed patron ... sorry but it's true...i try my best to hold my gassy exposing just in case someone wheels up behind me...i haven't always been successful and for those indiscretions I'm sorry
The manager was having trouble with the fryers so we had to wait a little bit. But he did offer us a complimentary soda while we waited. Food was good. Atmosphere very uncomfortable because the police were called out as 2 of the employees had some kind of altercation. The manager was very nice.

The only reason we ever go to Bogangles is because the chicken is normally very good. This time, our order was incorrect, the soft drink was all soda and no syrup, and the fries were undercooked. To top it off, we didn’t get napkins (at the drive through) or a receipt.
