I just went back after staying away for more than a year, and they have improved quite a bit. I would go back to them again after this experience because I was happy with the overall experience. The food was hot, and the fries were just fresh out of the fryer.

My granbby & I came her because she wanted a whopper. Tamala the Mgr was so sweet.Then after we sat down to eat, a elderly lady dropped her whole tray. Mgr immediately came to the rescue. She fixed all her food over brought it out & her drink. She then proceeded to clean the area.Great team work here.

Store would not replace 3 whoppers that did not have cheese when I ordered them with cheese. Whoppers looked terrible also. Stores customer service is not accommodating. I’ll go to Wendy's from now on. Sorry Burger King,

Apparently the ice cream machine has been broken for 6 months. So instead of refunding me for my missing shake I get told I can have coupons. Unacceptable. My food was undercooked and stale as well and the onion rings were mushy. I've never had such a problem with burger king and it's a shame a place can be run like this. The wait for my food was also ridiculous especially considering there was hardly anyone dining there or in the drive thru. After attempting to be refunded and not wanting coupons instead of a refund I am now being ignored. This is no way to run a business and the customer service is awful. If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered light mayo and received globes of mayo on both sides of my sandwiches multiple times and they forgot items from my order,

I had 2 double sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches. I noticed they heated up my sausage patties by throwing them into the deep fryer. Is this how the employees are trained? Is this an approved method for warming up sausage in a vat of grease?
