I ordered Matcha Tea from this seller on 10/15/2023. I never received any tracking information or shipping notifications regarding my order. I contacted their customer service department this morning and no one responded. This is unfortunate as I always drink Ceremonial Matcha Tea from Japan and I wanted to give this American tea grower a chance. Oh well, live and learn. It takes 3 to 5 days to receive my Ceremonial Matcha Tea from Japan and they also provide tracking and shipping information. I got nothing from Carolina Parakeet Tea. I had really hoped to order from this company but their customer service is nonexistent.

I loveeee this place. This is the only place worth going to in Anderson for tea. The staff (sorry I forgot their names) is super knowledgeable and can help you with any questions! If you’re just getting into loose leaf tea they have everything you need to get started!
