“Overall, this is a good Zaxby's. I give 4 stars for service because the CSR that is always on the register is so nice. The atmosphere is 4 stars as well. I give that 4 stars because the other employees make sure the job gets done, but they don't have good communication skills whatsoever. It is disappointing but they have good food so I go there. That's was my one and only concern. If they fix their communication, then it will be a better Zaxby's. Overall, 4 stars. I am pleased with my past visits and my visit today.Parking: The parking is fine if you come on a normal time and hour.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible handicapped parking.“
“I met the worker who makes the food and he was one of the most nicest people i’ve met in fast food. Chase was so polite and we could tell he works hard to make his customers happy. He was the only person cooking and he let us know it would be a bit before we got our food. It was so nice of him to let us know. Then he came out and gave my 8 year old nephew a toy for waiting. He made my experience so much better with his great attitude!!“
“We came in after church about 10:30 AM, and we had to wait to order as they had a technology issue. The assistant manager provided great customer service and very apologetic for our wait time that he even gave us a small discount. As we about to leave the restaurant, I realized I didn’t get my cookies we paid for. The team member was about to give me cookies that were no longer in service time. The assistant manager stepped in and gave us fresh ones. I don’t typically give reviews, but it’s uncommon for Zaxby’s to have CFA like customer service. Credit to the assistant manager!“
“Placed on online order and got there 15mins before closing. I don't know what the lady's name was that was working tonight but her customer service and attitude was amazing! She took the time to make sure our food was cooked fresh when most places would have just given us whatever was left. She was so friendly and you could really tell she believes in treating people right. As far as I'm concerned, she deserves a raise!“
“This KFC is very good. The staff is very friendly and they greet you right away. My food is always good. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. My only complaint is that when you get it to go, they put the cole slaw in the box with the hot food. I take it out when I get to my car so it won't be warm when I get home. I just need to remember to ask them to pack it separate.“
“We had an issue with the location on a mobile order, and the staff at this restaurant went above and beyond to help us. The Deputy manager called the other store to sort out the issue out and was so nice to us. I honestly can’t fault them! The food was hot and delicious and quick.“
“I love this restaurant. My order was made fresh. The workers were very friendly, and the wait time wasn't that bad. Came here on Christmas eve and they gave out Christmas cards along with some candy. I thought that was the sweetest thing. I love the warm atmosphere and will definitely be a returning customer.“

“I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s always good to I tried the Parmesan Caesar chicken salad today and it had a familiar taste of Caesar dressing, but it could have been a little stronger. I get that feeling from a few of their flavors, but they are still good enough that I come back! The jalapeño holly is a favorite of mine.“
