We came in just after 11am. The booth we sat in wasn't clean. Had cheese and scraps of food on the table and the bench/chairs. The ladies restroom was out of toilet paper. The chips were very stale and even chewy. The queso was not good at all. Not like it used to be. Both our bowls were good. Hadn't been in a while, used to be a favorite spot. We were disappointed. Especially considering they had just opened. Pricing was nuts as well. Two bowls, with guac, chips and questions, and one drink, $37.

The guy who made my order was nice, but I got two bags of chips that were extremely stale!! Does anyone check the quality of the chips and rotate out the bad ones for fresh ones? I called 8 times, no one answered. Where's management and why aren't they available to help me with my issue? I live 5 minutes from this location, but after today I would rather drive an hour to another location for better presentation and quality of food!!

I ordered a pickup with a group order, they placed my order in pickup ready but not only was it not ready they didn’t start on it because the workers seen the order and no one wanted to fix it so instead they just skipped my order and wasn’t going to fix it until something was said about it after it not being ready for over 20 mins later! A bunch of kids walking around having causal conversation like they don’t get paid to fix food!

Food was ok got a smaller then normal portion but the guy who took my order seems he did not want to be there never greeted or a thank you and the restaurant was very very dirty garbage over flowing dirty floors drunk station dirty tables dirty and I counted 6 people working someone could have kept of lobby

Out of peppers and onions, out of steak, out of medium salsa, out of all flavored teas, unsweetened tea tasted horrible. Dirty tables, trash overflowing on the ground. Worst chipotle I've been to. Lazy staff.
There was almost no food. No toppings. No queso. Nothing. All I wanted was some chips and queso and I waited more than 30 minutes for them to “make the chips” and they were never made. None of the tables were clean so we had to sit at a table with leftover scraps of food on it. Some of the drinks in the drink machine were just straight water.
