Went to Culver’s Anderson Saturday 3/23/24 around 2:00 in the afternoon. We were checked in by a nice young lady who knew what she was doing but it stopped there. We waited 45 mins.still no food which was 1 burger meal and 1 dessert can’t be too hard for a burger restaurant right. Everyone around us had waited a long time to but not 45 mins. We got a refund no one even tried to see if they could get our food. You need good managers a good business model like Chick-fil-A or your or your giving refunds. Don’t go at lunch time or on the weekends or take a snack with you. Other than that I like Culver’s and their food. Everybody has a bad day I guess.

Placed my online order at 5:19. Got there and checked in (I even went through the drive thru and let them know I was there) at 5:20. I waited and waited and watched one poor guy run his legs off. Time goes by and it’s now 6:05. It wasn’t busy when I got there however it seemed to pick up after I arrived so I tried giving the benefit of the doubt. Go in to find a manger standing around. Looked over about 8 times and didn’t ask if I needed anything. Finally the one kid in there that’s been running around the entire time stopped to help. He seen my order was made and placed on the counter but was melted and just nasty looking so he remade it for me. I didn’t get my order (two ice creams only) until 6:25. It looked like there was plenty of staff but not enough people actually working. I feel sorry for the one boy who was doing almost everything.

Drive through is slow and takes a very long time to received food. I have tried it 3 times now and each time it took 10 min or more to receive food.

The wait time for ice cream and a burger in the drive through was... insanely long. No line in the drive through. We paid at 6:20 pm and got our food (2 ice creams and 2 burgers) at 6:40... twenty minutes. They gave us a sticker and told us to pull up. Lo and behold all the cars in the lot were also pulled over waiting for their food too... i counted 16 cars waiting!!! Had we known it would take this long, we'd have gone elsewhere... like a sit down restaurant. Staff seemed pretty nonchalant and slow. No one in a hurry. I'd almost dare to compare the wait to Belton's Taco Bell -_- (IYKYK). Now the food was good, I'll give them that.

First time customer on 02/22/2024. I decided to try this place for dinner after learning about it a few months ago. As background, I hadn’t left the house for 2 days, preferring to prepare my own food. So I went through the drive thru to order and pulled ahead to receive my food.After receiving it about 15-20 min later, I took it home. I had the bacon deluxe meal without mayo, tea, medium fries and a 2 scoop Turtle.It wasn’t bad, but nothing to really “write home about.” However, around 11PM, I started feeling weird with chills and stomach discomfort. About 3am, I got violently sick with material coming out “both ends”. I was able to eventually get back to bed, but even now at 11:30 am the next day, I’m still having issues.I’m not disputing this food is tasty, but in case this is a singular or repeated occurrence, I wanted it documented for the specific products and time of occurrence.
This was the first and last time that I will be going to Culver's. It is absolutely unacceptable that no matter if you order online or through the drive through you will be forced to wait from anywhere between 20 to 30 mins if not longer for your order.

I surely appreciate a business putting young folks to work, but the young folks spent way too much time socializing. Despite excessive front of house staff, it took too long to get food. Maybe some of those young folks can assist in the back. One adult was responsible for expediting every order. Chicken tenders tasted like they were cooked in fish oil. Fries were white not crispy yellow. The BOGO coupon I had only took 8 dollars off my bill. My bill was over $33 dollars before the coupon was applied. There's carpet in the dining room. Give it a year and it will need to be replaced. The food is better than McDonald's so that's a positive note.

Burgers were over cooked. We ordered a cup of custard and received a shake.The server was very nice and tried to fix the mistake, then a manager got involved with an attitude and said she would refund the difference but never did. She did give us the cup we wanted and the shake. Just seem very unorgan.
