Ordered a thin crust with beef, extra bacon, banana peppers, and chedder cheese mix. I get home and there is no beef at all on my pizza. I paid extra for the extra toppings. This is the 2nd time this has happened. First time there was no bacon. Really frustrating.

It's great on occasion but, there is a problem a majority of the time. For example: last time was great, both times before significant issues like, waiting over 30 minutes after being told on the website it was ready and not given a clear reason why.

Spur of the moment decision so we did not order ahead. When I went into the store no one acknowledged me for a couple of minutes. When they did, they were not pleasant. After I placed my order I asked if they would bring it out to my car. (I would not have thought to ask this except there is a sign on the door stating that they will carry your order out to your car until 9:00 and it was only 7:00) They said no. About half an hour later I got in the drive thru line. I waited for almost 15 minutes behind one car. The employee handed them a pizza after a couple of minutes but then we sat and sat and sat until they finally handed out a second pizza. Our pizza was, amazingly, still hot but when we got home we found that the Hawaiian pizza we ordered was covered in green peppers. This is NOT a standard Domino's ingredient on a Hawaiian pizza and -- I really hate green peppers on pizza. Otherwise, the pizzas were fine. I will be avoiding this location.

I called and got a young lady on the phone that was rude and condescending. Just for the information for this particular young lady. I did finally get the right Domino's and they do deliver regardless of what the call center said. They have delivered to us for years even if the computer shows they don't. I was put through to the wrong Domino's. She was rude and I hung up. I will not be ordering from this dominos for the mere fact their staff is rude. My suggestion, if you don't want to be nice to the customers maybe the right thing to do was not come in for the night.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this location. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve noticed its decline but after my last experience I will not be back. I ordered online which told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before going to pickup because suddenly the Tracker couldn’t find my order. The young girl at the window told me they were running behind and it would be 20 more minutes. I said well what am I supposed to do? Her reply was I guess you can come back in 20 minutes. As if people have nothing else to do than come back and forth to their store. So I drove off. I waited 30 minutes before going back yet again just to be sure that the 20 minutes she told me would be enough time. After sitting behind two cars I get to the window, I say hi I’m back and tell her my name again. She comes back and says it’s gonna be 20 more minutes. I couldn’t believe this was happening at this point. I said that’s what you told me 30 minutes ago. By now it’s been nearly two hours since I placed the order. I said just give me my money back. She says ok it’ll be back in your card in 3-7 days. I had to ask for some type of receipt showing the refund. When I get home and look at the slip she gave me, it is nothing but a paper with the word void on it. This is the most disappointing place to order from. You have so many competitors and so many complaints. Whoever own this location you are loosing your business - do better.

Don't order the wings! Extremely small and soggy! Couldn't get them crisp! The pizza was half cut, and huge difference in slice sizes! Waste of money!

Worst pizza I have had in a while. Mostly because of the crust—it seemed like they must have prepped the dough a day or two ago because it was hard and flat. Maybe they just don’t have their A Team working on Saturdays during the day.

You might place an order online and get an estimated pick up time. You might arrive a few minutes after that time even. And then you might be told they are running behind by *at least* twenty minutes. It’s not the employees fault, but if they are so loaded down with orders, the store should have a way to stop accepting them. Not fair to the customer or the employees.Then again, you might get your pizza, but it’s definitely going to be middling.

If you enjoy placing orders for pickup and being stared at as if you don't exist instead of being served, this is your Domino's. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will lock you out of the store and will not attend the drive-thru window. Save your money and go elsewhere.Corporate should close this location or refresh the management.

This was an awful visit to a normally fine staple. Since we live too far for delivery, we occasionally order online for store pickup, on our way home from town. We ordered bread for munching on the road and to our surprise that was all that was edible in our 60$ order. Unfortunately that very important fact wasn't discovered until home. When I called and spoke to the manager, he offered to replace it if I came back in and returned the entire order. I explained to him that it was impossible as the bread was gone and it was fine. Not planning on returning the 30mi. Drive to town at 11 at night, I offered to return in the morning or take a credit for a partial(bad) order. He said no, well fk you Dominoes, no more, your warranty is no good , so is my loyalty.

New to the area and this was the first order placed here.. the Call center messed up our order but Michael and Amber(who work at this location ) quickly corrected the situation by making our correct pizza and we got it rather quickly!! Will be returning as they were all pleasant!

The pizza tasted good, but I have ordered the exact same pizza before and it looked alot better. The pizza was prepared a little sloppy. Like they didn't really spread out the toppings much just a handful of bacon here, and a handful of onion there. One slice was basically just a mound of bacon, while the other slices had no bacon. I felt like the employee at the window was purposefully being slow, almost dragging her feet and resulted in much longer wait time in the drive thru than normal and I noticed at least one customer just give up and drive away. Then the change I received came back in a gross looking wod of dollars and change. I think it had been crammed into a drivers pocket and then crammed into my hand which I avoided touching it. And washed my hands soon after.Overall the employees just need to straighten up and be more professional. No matter the time of day professionalism is always top priority.
