The staff is fantastic! The food is always hot and seasoned to perfection! I am leaving this review today to say that I stopped by the other night right before they closed. I usually dislike being the one to disrupt closing procedures because I know how it is wanting to get off and go home. However, I wanted a late snack and Freddy's is all I wanted. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was greeted with enthusiasm and a kind welcome from a young lady. Plus, I didn't have to wait long on my fresh/hot food. Everyone was very nice and invited me to come again. I will always appreciate great customer service especially great customer service up until its time to go home! Thank you Freddy's!

We’ve eaten here many times since it opened. But today was hands-down the best. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the young man that made my burger was wonderful. The food was hot and tasted great. I dye not catch his name but he gets 5-Stars for sure.

Sometimes they are slow but sometimes they are really quick and offer table service, so it is really hit or miss. This is the worst place to get food, 11/20/23 at 1645 we ordered two number 1’s and a side of fries. Mind you the number one is an original double combo. They completely forgot the fries that come with the combos so I had to pull back around and go inside and ask for them. We get home and they have veggie burgers as our burgers and only one patty. Do not waste your time with this location, and for the people that work there, your pay should be about 5.00 an hour cause you can’t even get a damn order right.

First time here! Delicious French Onion Burger! It's a very juicy and tender smash burger and it was very easy to eat! I was introduced to "fry sauce" with my onion rings, and it was delightful! Topped it off with a small chocolate shake! This place is up there with 5 guys and Culver's for me when it comes to a burger! Surpassed my expectations! I'll definitely be eating here again! ? I was also given a free meal combo in support of Veterans Day!! Customer Service was top knotch as well!

The employee that attended me on November 22nd around 3:00pm was very rude. First when I pulled up he told me to go to the window so I did. Then he said he thought I was Uber eats and I said no. He should've asked me this before asking me to pull up to the window. He then asked what I wanted and offered me a menu. English is not my first language so I was struggling to speak correctly which he pointed out in a rude manner. I never felt so discriminated against for not speaking English correctly. I placed an order for a number 1 with no mustard and onion rings and when he asked me what I wanted to drink I said I wanted a chocolate milkshake. After he charged me he asked what I wanted to drink again and I said chocolate milkshake again. He then said that he had charged me separate for it because I didn't tell him to replace the drink that came with a meal with a milkshake. I was upset but did not make a big deal out of it so I just got another drink with the meal. Then I was asked to pull up and wait for my order. After a few minutes, the same man came to bring me my order and asked to see a receipt number. That is when I realized he had not given me a receipt so I told him that. He then handed me a bag and handed the man on another car the other bag. I then left and it was not unti I got home that I realized he gave me the wrong order. Then I went back to return it and just get my money back. The same man came to the drive thru window and said that he knew I would come back because he PURPOSELY gave me the wrong order to come back for not giving him the order number when he asked. I told him he had not given me a receipt and therefore did not have an order number. He then told another employee that I was the one he talking to him about. He then proceeded to call me rude and nonchalant. I asked the other employee if I could just get my refund because I want to be done with this rude experience. The other employee proceeded to give me a refund. I then returned the food and the rude employee said that it had been an hour since I got it and that they couldn't take it back. It hadnt been an hour but it had been about 30 minutes. I told him I had not touched the food and that I did not want it. He then grabbed the food and threw it away. The other employee gave me my refund and then I left. I had never had such an awful experience at any restaurant but I can't say I was surprised. I have heard other people say the employees there are rude and that is why no one ever goes there anymore. I would rather drive 30 minutes to another Freddy's location than go back there. I will also be calling corporate because the employee was insensitive towards me and the fact that my English is limited and that it takes me time to understand when someone is speaking to me in English.

There was a used plastic glove in my to-go bag, and my fries were mostly dumped out into the bag. The veggie burger wasn't good either. I had high hopes for my first Freddy's experience, but left disappointed.

Theron is an employee at the Anderson Freddy’s and is HANDS DOWN the best! His customer service skills are unmatched. I had to ask him how old he was because the passion about his job flows from him as if he’s been working there for years. He’s definitely a valuable asset to the company in my opinion. We come every Monday and he’s always working and always greets us with a smile when we walk in. He also gave us valuable tips on ordering from the menu to make sure we get what we want. Mondays are rough, but Theron definitely makes our Monday brighter when we see him at the counter! Just wanted to give him a shout-out!

This is by far our favorite fast food restaurant. Food is always piping hot and made correctly. The last visit Ben was working the window and was so polite and provided the best customer service I've had in a very long time.
First time trying Freddy's...WOW !!!! My jalapeno steak burger was AWESOME !!! I was alittle skeptical when I saw the shoe string fries but not anymore... I'm a big fan now .. DELISH !! We will be frequent flyers here for sure.. Next time gonna try a concrete mixer with my meal ?????
