This may sound stupid but I am giving them five stars because I want them to enjoy a five star rating. My wife and I ate there last night for the first time. The atmosphere was exactly what I hoped for - a simple pizza parlor - not a fancy Italian restaurant. Not only were they busy with people eating in, a line of cars wrapped around the building picking up takeout orders. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get our pizza. Other diners were experiencing similar delays as the kitchen could not catchup. The pizza was great but the delay put a damper on our overall experience. I hope the owners figure out how to make the kitchen more efficient as I want them to succeed.

Based on my experience with the other locations, I was excited to see them add a new location in an area I'm in more frequently. This place might have the same name and menu but might as well be a stand alone restaurant compared to the others. For ppl whose only experience with Guys Pizza is here, if will certainly tarnish their reputation. I'll just wait until I'm near the other locations b4 going back to a Guy's Pizza.Update:After much thought and careful consideration, if you will train your staff there on better customer service, let them know that if they have questions about an order it's better to ask when they receive it rather than go with standard and hope it's acceptable (or have an attitude that they don't care idlf it's acceptable), and for the love of Pete make sure a pizza restaurant has parmesan (I was beyond surprised that even a 10 day old pizza restaurant said they don't have parmesan). When you can correct these I will be happy to give them another try.In response to the owner, their lack of customer service and lack of concern for the wrong hit me more than the fact my food was wrong and all I got in response to it being wrong was that, oh she forgot to tell me they couldn't fix it that way and no attempt to make it right. If I'd known prior to them preparing it another way then I could have gone and gotten something elsewhere and waited for another day when they were better established to try them again. It was the lack of empathy to the fact that it was wrong and the ensuing fact that I then had no time to go elsewhere b4 other places closed that really irked me. An apology and an attempt by someone in charge to make it right would have meant alot and prevented the review. I was at the 81 location when it also was in the fledgling stages but never ran into this problem. 81 was actually my first location and the one that won me over even though they were just getting started.

Pizza was good! I hope the call in service gets better, told 20 min on a Friday at 4:25pm (not dinner time yet) and it took about 35-40minutes 15-20 min after I got there to pick it up. Also lots of staff just standing around talking about classes and other girls boyfriends. I'll give it another shot in a month or so to see if the service gets better

Had the Chicken Bacon Ranch today and it was awesome. Came during lunch and the place was packed but we got served quickly. Food came out hot. Can’t wait to come back.

Guy's did not disappoint! They were busy when we came in, but we were happy to wait for a table. The staff are so friendly and personable. The food was excellent. What I was impressed with most was the way the staff and management reacted to and worked with another customer who was quite literally throwing a fit because a to-go order they placed while they were eating did not come out of the kitchen as they thought it should have, even though the person placing the order failed to order it with special instructions to leave something off. Great job, Guy's staff. I'm a customer for the great food, and I'll be a supporter for life for great service like that!

This new Guys pizza was delicious ? we got 3 pizzas, cheese bread and a 2 liter of pepsi. We went through the drive to order it. Big mistake on my part the wait time was 45 minutes. Which is understandable due to it being where it is and the fact its new. The people at the drive door were very kind and quick! I would recommend being patient if you come here at this moment due to the fact it is new and they are packed almost every time I have driven by!

First time here and they have only been open for business for about a week. We did wait 45 minutes for out takeout pizza when they told us 30, but they kept checking on it without us asking. All the employees were friendly and attentive and were busy, but not showing their stress.Oh my gosh, our pizza was amazing!!! Crust was perfect thickness, cheese to sauce ratio was perfect, toppings were all the way out (not overly crusty), and LOVE any pizza place that puts the pepperoni UNDER the cheese. Yep, call me a pizza geek.So, yea, the pizza was very good. I will always take-out from here. Our small family does like to dine-in occasionally but we would hate it in this setting. Lacking atmosphere for sure. That's ok by me, tho. I like to eat my pizza at home. Try it, folks!
