Waited over an hour with nothing but drinks.. service was okay..but food was cold when it came out.. so was not paying for that ... results in leaving and going elsewhere just wasted hour and half of time.. and will not go again..

My husband and I visited Hooters for the first time tonight at this location. We are absolutely thrilled and can't wait to come back. Our waitress, Izzie, happily greeted us with a smile and sat us outside on the patio upon our request. She gave great recommendations on drinks and appetizers, which we selected LIIT variations and the fried pickles. We picked the smoke wings with the BBQ and Teriyaki sauces as our main course. Everything came out so quickly, hot, and tasted phenomenal. Izzie was beyond great, and we were overjoyed with having the patio to ourselves on a Saturday night! We look forward to becoming regulars! This was by far the best service we have received since we relocated to Anderson. Big thanks to the Hooters team for giving such a great first impression <3
Had a fantastic dinner Wednesday night with exceptional service from Braelynn that we came back Thursday when passing back through. Lucked up and got Braelynn again! Such a sweetheart and embodies exactly what Hooters desires from their servers. She checked off every single box of SERVE, as their corporate values state. Apart from that, our food was excellent, our drinks were ice cold, and it was just a fun, welcoming experience after two long travel days for our group. Certainly hit on the last part of SERVE by exceeding expectations. If we’re ever back through the area, we’ll definitely stop hoping for another exceptional experience.

We recently had a wonderful time at the sports bar, enjoying some beer while watching a rodeo on the TV. The atmosphere was lively, enhanced by the presence of charming ladies all around, and particularly, the bartender was exceptionally pleasant. We also had some delicious wings that were truly a highlight. Highly recommend this place for a great evening out!

Izzy was awful. Everyone else was amazing. Izzy tried to sit in my lap until my wife showed up then basically did the bare minimum. I get it but it's hooters, not a strip club. Other than her EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was AMAZZZZINGKid-friendliness: Possibly just don't get Izzy.

I had the fish sandwich and waffle fries. The fries were way to salty. My wife ordered the fish & chips. They came to the table GRILLED. We sent it back and said she wanted FRIED. WHO THE HELL GETFISH AND CHIPS GRILLED. When it came back it was grilled again. We sent it back again. The the so called cook came out and asked what we wanted, we said FRIED FISH. He proceeded to tell us that the ones he entered out were fried. Well I know the difference between FRIED and grilled especially when I was eating a FRIED FISH SANDWICH. We started to argue, he basically called me a liar , I cussed and he said he wasn't in the mood for profanity and I told him, I wasn't in The mood for STUPIDITY. HE then asked us to leave because called him stupid. Maybe him and the rest of the cooks should learn how to cook before getting a job in a restaurant or just become garbage men. And the waitresses need to be a little more attentive to customers instead of drawing pictures on the napkins.

Absolutely THE WORST Hooters we have ever eaten at!!..... We door dashed food to our hotel last night and our food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered nachos and my husband ordered the chicken sandwich. Upon fully inspecting my nachos, my sour cream had curtled, the chips were so old and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. Needless to say, I do believe we got food poisoning. Both my husband and I have been vomiting all night and day. Hooters use to be my husband's favorite restaurant but this definitely took the taste out of our mouth literally. I Pray we can get well soon.
We went to get wings at Hooters because we were out hiking and we were hungry and my kids love wings. We got there at 3:18 pm. We ordered relatively fast which was good. 45 Mins later the waitress finally came over to tell us that our ticket was sent to the wrong printer and they just started our food. She never asked us if we wanted refills or anything at all.the entire visit. We got our food at 4:30 pm. The manager never came over, no apology no nothing . My 2 year old granddaughter didn't even get her fries for over an hour. There were only about 5 tables in the place with customers at them so they were not busy at all. We won't be visiting this location again.

The fries in the tater tots were supposed to be extra crispy but they were very soggy and tasted like old grease The wings of course tasted very good but the service that was provided was very lacking for a company whose motto is every customer should be treated like the only customer I was completely ignored the entire time I was there it was Sunday not many other customers there and yet the entire wait staff is standing behind the hostess desk talking to each other ignoring the customers I went to the bar to get my food ordered and get a drink order waitress walked up to me took my order then went back to the corner of the bar where she was talking to a friend from high school instead of servicing other customers. If I ever do order food again it'll just be the wings and it'll be through it app and I'll just pick it up and leave
