We haven't been to this Jack in the Box for a couple of years. It's a usual stop on trips up 85 from Atlanta. The gentleman that took our order was friendly and up beat. The order took a little longer than usual but the Breakfast Jacks, the fries and the tacos were room temperature. And the Breakfast Jacks were smooshed. My wife's spicy chicken sandwich, however, was hot and looked to be freshly made. One final thing, we were surprised they put 32 condiment packets in our bag. It was a mix of taco sauce and ketchup. That seemed excessive and wasteful. We will be back, however next time I'll request the Breakfast Jacks, the tacos and the fries be made fresh.

The guy who took the order and collected the money was super amazingly respectful. He was sort of a comedian if ya ask me I had to drive 3 hrs for jack & the crack (inside joke) wish I had one closer but hey it was worth it. Will definitely return again

You gotta admit at least to yourself two tacos for 99 cents I mean hell thats a beautiful thing they're delicious burgers too.but nothing beats six tacos and I mean you probably already have a beer so eat up and enjoy..nothing beats the jack n the box.

I ordered 2 jumbox jacks extra toppings with 4 patties. I was on lunch break and when I got back to work. I was given 2 ultimate cheeseburgers. I've called multiple times and haven't gotten a response so I'm leaving a review and will be calling corporate.

We drive 2 1/2 hrs from Atlanta for Jack in the Box tacos. Their dining room is closed just the drive thru is open. Order 2 for $.99 on their app. Pay with the app. The cashier cannot give you the 2 for deal. We saved 10.00 for 20 tacos by using the app.

This place rips you off. You order and they throw in jumbo so they can upsell you without telling you. When you ask what jumbo means they say bigger burger when it's just a bigger drink. Place is garbage.

I can't speak on other people's issues. I stop here at this location on occasions when I am traveling from Ga to Va. My food is always fresh and service is always good.

Won't allow a trucker to order at the door when their truck is to large to go through the drive through. It was pouring rain outside so I asked for a manager and the employee said no she's too busy (one car in drive through). I then ask for cooperate number and franchise number. The door was locked in my face. Truckers are humans too and we get hungry. I'll be making this Jack in the box famous I guess. Enjoy the free pr

I had to give 5 stars, because my experience was perfect all the way around. I used the drive-through a week ago Wednesday. Staff was friendly and courteous, service was prompt, and the tacos were excellent. Best tacos of any Jack-In-The-Box I've ever been to, ever. No kidding, the food I got looked like the food in the commercials...which never happens, right? I'll definitely be back. Thanks, guys!
