Dont go there after 9:30pm I understand if you're about to close in 25-30 min but dont ignore customers that walk in I had two employees see me standing in the store for 5-7 mins and refused to come from the back and one of them was on their cell phone bad customer service. 5/8/24

Was hoping to try a nice sub sandwich - but our local location did not get my order when I ordered from Yelp. I even paid for it online so all my husband had to do was pick up the order. So, my husband went to pick up our order & store was totally clueless, nothing, no such order came their way. And I was just n for our local area. They concluded our order must have gone to their store in New York? Y'all need to either fix links or get in contact with yelp so the customer places the order at their local store will actually get it. Huge disappointment, especially after paying for it at the time I ordered.

I ordered my food before my 30 min lunch break and spent the first 15 mins of it waiting for my pick up order to be finished when it was way past the time they said it would be ready. really disappointed in that, but the man at the register gave me a free large drink, I'm thankful for that.

Really bad customer service skills rude acted like we were wasting her time no eye contact...went to eat there for my birthday 8/Oct 23..ending up having to leave because of how rude this immature girl was no people skills...as we were leaving everyone working there was laughing about it..obviously this kinda attitude is tolerated cause I'm sure it wasn't the first time digusted to say the least.. BE BETTER people!!...oh reason for the 1...because Subway was across the street

Ordered philly cheese steak and they put lettuce and tomato on it which was not ask for. On the second sub ask her to heat it but she didn't do that, acted lick she didn't even want to be there. First time ever getting Jersey Mikes and maybe my last time.Parking: Nothing to brag about

We have been to this place a number of times and was always happy with the sandwiches. However, my husband and I were there last night and we were both disgusted and pissed. First, I waited over 20 min. for a big kahuna They might have told me it would 1/2 hour before my sub would be ready. But instead, got an attitude when I asked if I was going to get a sandwich or not. In the meantime, my husband watched the guy running the grill flip his hair, over the grill, wipe sweat with apron then, not wearing gloves, grabbed the bun for the sub!!!! Was told my order was behind a big order called in. Well, how about you take care of the customer in the store. Who ever the "big" order wasn't even there yet. I watched him put one Big Kahuna after another in a pile. Couldn't he have given me one of those and throw another one on for the "big order"? That would have been the considerate thing to do!!! We got a refund and left with no dinner! WILL BE GOING TO FIREHOUSE SUBS FROM NOW ON!
