How can a sub place charge extra for cheese ? That is baffling to me , not only that I didn’t want cheese on one of the subs, they put it on both and charged for it

I called this location the day before I had to cater a lunch. From the initial phone call I could tell I was in good hands. They immediately put me on with their owner and we got the order placed very quickly. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I showed up 30 min early the next day to pick up and they were just finishing boxing. They offered me a drink while I waited and were very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to cater or just for a fresh sub!

Brought wrong sandwiches and said I could call manager if I wanted to request a refund of my 4.98 delivery fee or my 6.25 tip. Corporate America.
Only 2 employees, I understand that . Not even acknowledged when we stood at the counter over 5min. We were the only people there. One employee was making food, other appeared to be lost or confused. Fountain drink machine out of order. While we was there a delivery guy came in with bags of ice. NOT FREAKY FAST at all.
