My son was excited to try the new "pizza" chicken. He was disappointed at the appearance of the item. It was thrown together with most of the toppings on only one piece of the chicken.

Placed on online order and got there 15mins before closing. I don't know what the lady's name was that was working tonight but her customer service and attitude was amazing! She took the time to make sure our food was cooked fresh when most places would have just given us whatever was left. She was so friendly and you could really tell she believes in treating people right. As far as I'm concerned, she deserves a raise!

Our experience has improved dramatically since we moved back to Anderson. Previously it needed some fine tuning as far as the experience, food, etc. Whatever you guys are doing in management, keep that up! Will happily be back.

If this company can't find good help I would just shut the doors! The lady at the drive thru today is the most rude person I have ever seen and by no means should be working with the public! I would be embarrassed if I had to work with her.

I just have to say that today, when I went to KFC, I ordered my meal, and the ladies were very polite in taking my order. They asked me to pull around for my food, so I did. I find out after bringing my meal out that there were only two ladies working today. Congrats to those two ladies doing all that on their own during lunch! The food was fresh and amazing! I didn't get their names, but I applaud you both. The order was correct and fresh!
I purchased the fried catfish dinner and I'm not sure if it was catfish or not. It didn't taste like it. The greens had a strand flavor that I don't recommend . I was disappointed because I've always had a great experience dinning

Worst customer service of my entire adult life. If you stop caring about customers and hate life in general and are looking for a safe environment, look no further. Our restaurant most likely won't make it through a surprise inspection as we leave no room for doubt as to why we don't give a crap about you. Hurry now before we get shut down and apply in person.
