No Longer Worth The PriceA #12 with a large drink was $19. That's right a single meal with a drink is basically a 20. Go across the street to the hook, sit down and you will get more food and unlimited drink with table service for less. Hell a non Sunday golden corral buffet costs less. Outside the fish, the fries and cornmeal/flour just doesn't cost THAT much, these folks lost the plot. Sad, the food is decent but only a matter of time before they go like the one in Watson Village.You might have an argument for the price if the service was great here like Chick Fil A or Culvers, IT'S NOT.You might be able to say something if they gave you larger portions of cheaper sides like fries, THEY DON'T. They skimp on those too.Damn Shame

Went Saturday afternoon to the drive thru around 2 the girl working the window was super nice they immediately came on the speaker and took my order got my food fast and was fresh

I keep reading customers complaints which are similar as what I am going to post. Took 10 minutes to place my window order, then 8 minutes to pay and 15 minutes to get it delivered to my car. THEY were not even busy. It must have been sitting ready to deliver before that because it was only warm and fries were limp from sitting in the closed bag. I did go back one more time about 2 months later. I was locked into the drive thru lane and could not get out... 3 cars were ahead of me waiting for orders. The owner keeps apologizes to customers but nothing changes. Bad service, wrong orders, cold food, wrong food, etc. Poor management. I have eaten at other LJS and this one makes the top of the list as being the worst run. Better off going to Captain D's 2 miles up the street.

ALLERGY WARNING: As this is a seafood restaurant, you'd anticipate the allergic reaction would have stimmed from shellfish, but that wasn't the issue. The issue is that I am allergic to STRAWBERRIES and the only thing I ordered was fish, chicken, and fries.Yet, somehow, they contaminated my food with strawberries, and I've spent the last day downing antihistamines like popcorn shrimp.This tells me that either they do not clean utensils properly or change them out between serving desserts and other food items, somewhere a mistake was made with my food order, or my piping hot fried foods came in contact with their few strawberry laden fare.

They were short on help!!!! A 30 min. wait. All the tables were dirty. I waited because I was hungry. The fish was delicious and everything was hot. Worth the wait.

They take the time to freshly fry the fish to order. The people here seemed to genuinly value us as customers.My only suggestion would be for ownership to give this business a good remodel/coat of paint on an aging building and give these fine people a polished work environment before the building is too far gone to save.Thanks ladys for an awesome experience.

Service is okay if you can see someone. I have encountered both doors locked around 4-4:30 pm. Maybe shift change? I have come in and no one is up front to take orders for at least 5 minutes.When they show up, they are nice, cordial, and professional.

I used to love Long John's but lately it's gotten terrible even more so Everytime. They were out of fries nearly every drink at the machine was out of order the napkins were just paper towel rolls on each table most of what we did get was terrible tasting we couldn't even finish it. I assure you I will not be back to this location. Should have left when we noticed how dirty the windows were.
