Charged me for more than I ordered and then shorted me on my refund. Like does anybody know how to count change back even when it tells you the amount. And SLOW don't even touch it

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese plain. Was not plain so I took it back to the counter and told them it was not plain and it was with cheese. They all looked at me funny and I saw the cook pour salt on it and I said that better not be my quarter pounder and it was. I took a bite and soooooooo salty. So I got my money back. Don't trust this McDonald's

Staff is average, but everything turns out *decent*, if you check your order yourself.As usual this McDonald's is great considering it's community, which is rough.Hopefully the Owner of This McDonald's takes staffing more seriously as this McDonald's generates a ton of traffic.

My experience here sucks every time. The staff are so rude when you go through the drive-thru. I could barely make an order because the lady in the intercom kept on saying "What else? What else?"in a rude manner. I felt like I was trying to get pushed away from getting food here. The atmosphere gets 3 stars barely because the only janitor that I ever see working actually keeps it in good care. Also they just keep on getting my order wrong every time. Sometimes they just completely forget to put something in the bag. I will never come bad to this McDonald's and I really hope they get staff to come in there and actually want to work. You don't come to work in a fast food restaurant and be rude. You come to have good customer service and make someone's experience enjoyable to get fast food. What happened to that McDonald's?So overall 2 stars.

We stopped hear from Atlanta on our way to Erskine College and let me tell you this McDonald's is the best one we've Ever eaten the food was excellent and the staff Was courteous Nice and amazing! We travel all around the country pretty much every state that's for our job and I can tell you this is the best one we've ever been to. Thank you so much! We will definitely stop by there again when we're around that area. Absolutely! Keep up the great work. You should be proud of yourself.

Couldn't even follow the simple direction to leave cheese off two of the sandwiches we ordered. Literally asking them to take one less step was apparently a difficult task. Had to pull out the drive-thru and go in to correct the issue and they did it AGAIN. They gave me new sandwiches prepared incorrectly just as they had at the drive-thru.I had to wait for them to make the sandwiches for a third time and apparently they weren't in a hurry about it either. Waited...and waited...and waited. By the time I got my correctly prepared food, the food in the car was cold. What a garbage excuse of a McDonald's. To top it off, they left out my nugget sauce but that was the least of my concerns.The manager working (didn't catch her name, she had purple hair) couldn't have cared less and it was obvious. She was rude to other customers who had messed up orders. She didn't apologize for anything to anyone. Yet she was right up in the middle of everything apparently not really doing anything to help. It's obvious to me she has checked out of her job. No wonder this location is a dumpster fire with that kind of "leadership" running the place.

They left out the nuggets in the bundles and when I called to advise they put me on hold for 10min before hanging up on me. The food that was recieved was very poorly put together and the burgers were literally falling out of the wrappers from being thrown in the bag. I had to ask for my son's smoothie because she quickly handed me the incomplete order, shut the window, and walked off. When I came back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order, the manager(Jerri) was rude and cut me off and made me stand and wait longer to get the rest of my order. She asked to confirm my sauce choice and still gave me the wrong kind. She was extremely rude and unprofessional along with not listening to anything I said. I will not be returning to this location.

Poor service, and no common sense. I went through the drive-thru and gave them my 20% discount code from the app. I got around to the window and they tell me it's not working cuz the app is down. They make no offer to promo the 20%. I get up to the second window and asked to speak to the manager about the situation. She won't even give me a coupon or promo anything I gave her a few options. It's been in $36 for breakfast is already high, I'm really not happy about it so I asked for 100% discount and get my money back.I roll 5 minutes up the road to the McDonald's next to the QT, the app's working and talking to the gentleman there he tells me that they just promo it when it's down and not sure why that McDonald's did what they did.I will say the manager was professional, but the whole situation was just silly they could have just promoed to match my online coupon.
