Ordered a sausage burrito, and the tortilla was in literal broken pieces. I got a replacement, and there was a hole ripped in the underside. I threw it away along with the greasy overcooked hash brown. People, the service, food, and the atmosphere are absolute garbage... this goes for all of the Anderson, Williamston, and belton locations!

The food just isn't worth the price these days. You'd have a better experience at Burger King, Jack 'n Box, or Wendy's. The "rewards" replace your coupon, as well. Pretty mid honestly for being the fast food restaurant that feeds 1% of our population...

I don't even need to say how I feel about mcdonalds at this point. Covid is part of our lives just like the flu. However, since covid became a thing the customer service and term"fast food" have went out the window with these guys not to mention they mess up pretty much every order 8/10 orders are mess ups. No special requests just careless employees.

Absolutely terrible service. The girl behind the counter was beyond rude. No one else is helping her up there with that being said. So I get her not being very happy. Covid hit customer service went straight out the window with you guys. I sincerely wish my child didn't like this restaurant chain period. Otherwise I'd never spend a dime here.
