Waited for over an hour during non busy hours. While waiter chilled at the bar with a female waitress and visited our table once during the entire wait. And watching 4 other tables all get their food and pay and leave before we ever even got a refill. After only getting one round of drinks and no appetizer or any update on our order, our party got up to go pay for the drinks at the front. The manager came to the he front door I say our food was about to be plated and that we only waited for 30 min. As we didn't want to argue we stated no we rather pay and leave and go somewhere else. And that apparently was not good enough as they tried to over charge us for refills and 2 trays of chips and cheese we never received. Then tells us they were just placed on our table as we walked to the front. And STILL wanted to argue. Most disrespectful service ever and will never eat there again and will advise against it by all means in the future.

The food was absolutely delicious. The portions were huge and everything was surprisingly reasonably priced. The only issue we had was our server. The place was really slow that night but she kept disappearing for really long periods of time to where we had to ask other staff members for stuff. We would still go back though the food was delicious and the other servers were great.

....This location is not terrible like the hwy 81 location in anderson but it's not the Spartanburg sc location either or even the 2 Simpsonville sc locations .....The food was hot and I would return here .

Was truly disappointed in this place, food was ok.. service was truly bad. Took a while to get seated, once did... took the waitress forever to come get our drinks order, after that she disappeared.. came got our food order then again gone. I had to ask another waitress to get another drink. Once food came.. was ok...lack luster... was told that when you order a specific meal they flambé it at the table when I asked and was only told she was too busy.

We got there at 2:47pm all of our party wasn't there yet but we went in and got a table. We had 4 adults, 1 teen, and 4 older kids. All of our party got there at 3:02, got our drinks and placed our orders by 3:10 which was great so far. We got a total of 2 baskets of chips for the entire table. By 4:15 we got up, went up front to pay and had several employees come with a attitude because we chose to leave. It had been over a hour since we placed our order, our server and several others were hanging around the bar area talkng to other people seemed only one person was actually working. We watched 5 other tables, 2 had the same amount of people or more, come in get served their food and leave and all we had was drinks and 2 baskets of chips. We paid $43 for drinks which were 2 Dr peppers, 2 adult teas, 3 kid teas and water plus a queso dip... Not one single apology or anything else for it being OVER a hour since order placed and zero service since that plus $43 for nothing imagine what the total bill would have been with food!!!
