After a long day of working I decided I would drive to the other side of town and get me some famous POPEYES chicken Should’ve eaten ate at one of the other 15 restaurants I passed bad idea all cars pulled and not one order being brought out in 20 minutes thus far. I’ve finished a business call and still no order brought out….

Have had better Popeyes before but not bad. Although you could have hung meat inside there. AC cranked as high as it would go, at least that's how it felt.

i paid with my card and i had ordered the shrimp tackle box and they told me to pull to a parking spot and wait for my food. i waited forever and they didnt even give me my receipt to check to see how long i was waiting. there were several other cars and they had said they’ve been waiting for at least 20 mins. well when i got my food there was very little shrimp so when the lady came out i asked how much shrimp am i suppose to have and she only said a “little bit”. this service was bad and the employee was rude.

I came at the drive thru at 9:32 pm. No one responded on the intercom. We drove around. Saw people inside. Got back in line. Still no one talked in the intercom . We drove to the window and asked her if they’re open and she said yes we are and proceeded to tell her coworker -“put your headset on”She asked me just to tell her the order over the window. (It’s like 9:39 pm by now)I asked for a meal on the menu and then she said “SORRY. I DONT COOK AFTER 9:30.” Straight up.

Returned some food (chicken ) because it was not fresh . Cook responded " what wrong wit it . No boby else turned food back . I can't replace what you att " ?. Poor customer service ! Country

The most under and worst managed placed I've been to in a long time. The people where rude thing my order and very rude telling to move forward to a parking spot. As if it hurt them to take my order.

Haven’t had any problems until now! Ordered online( 3/11/24) @ 5:10pm and was expecting to go through the drive thru and get my order! Only to have the employee tell me that my order wasn’t received so they can’t make the order without it being in their system. I showed them my online receipt and still they proceed to tell me no and also they can’t refund me my $85.93. So, the worker also let me know that I have to go through the app for a refund & that another person came in the store waiting on an order that they purchased on Popeyes website & they order wasn’t received at the Popeyes store. I ended up purchasing food out of my pocket so I could feed my kids. After that I ended up texting the customer service number speaking with Jessica and letting her know what’s going on for her to bribe me with 5$ on my Popeyes account which I told her I need a full refund because I never received my order! Jessica then proceeded to text me that 5$ wasn’t enough for me so can she just give me 600 loyalty points! I responded back with no, respectfully I would like my refund of $85.93! Jessica replied back with I will send this complaint to corporate for a refund but keep in mind they can choose to refund or decline refund and with a link too click on for her customer service review which by the way I gave 1star for the simple fact she was low bribing me! If I paid my money I want my money back if I didn’t get what I paid for! Either way they can refund me or I will have to make a dispute with my bank. Popeyes is starting to be a hot mess! They will soon shut down!!!!
