This place should be shut down rather than ruining Schlotzsky’s reputation. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. At the prices they charge, it’s ridiculous to be getting wrong items with entire ingredients left out, which has happened multiple times. Today, wrong sandwich completely, and no avocado on an AVOCADO flatbread. Went in to ask why and employee literally said “Oh, we didn’t have any cut.” And refused to give any until asked a second time and mentioned we have the receipt showing we paid for it to have avocado. Definitely not giving these employees any more business.

Food is so good! Lobby was closed so we went thru drive thru. Had to knock on the door to get some condiments, no refills or counter service. Had to eat outside on the patio but it was a pretty day. No trash can outside and was a bit dirty on the patio.
