Girls at counter refused to speak to me or help me. Came in with my kids. I walked out. It is Monday February 15, 2024. 9:46am Hopefully their boss fires them for not helping a customer. Very bad attitude. The black girl was racist towards whites too. I got the eye roll too. Just her expression in disgust towards me. Shame on the people who own this place.

On April 13 about 2:00 my bill for one smoothie came to $10.02. I gave the snowflake cashier $20.02 in cash. After several attempts using a calculator she couldn’t give me the correct amount of change. Even though I said three times I gave you $20.02. She could not figure out that my change was $10.00. I asked for my money back and left. No idea what the smoothie taste like.

I love smoothie king ! The young lady who is always there in the mornings ( orange hair , african american ) always have my smoothie tasting delicious . But unfortunately they always have her in there by herself . He having to make 15 customer smoothies , on top of online orders is insane . Smoothie king , yall need to do better and try to have her some help . She’s awesome , if i knew how to make smoothies and it wasn’t a liability for me to get behind the counter and help her i most definitely would’ve .

So glad to have a smoothie king in Anderson! It's clean and they're quick. It's kind of hard to see so hoping they'll put up some signage!! It's close to Planet Fitness/Golds so it's the perfect post-workout spot.

Anderson location- Too bad I can’t give a ZERO star. Went to the drive through and was told the window was for pick up only and I had to have the app. Meanwhile there were NO CARS ON THE LOT and 3 employees standing around on their phones and talking and laughing. They could have made my order and given great customer service instead of losing a customer and getting the store a bad review. These useless college kids who want to make $15 an hour suck. Hire some mature adults that could have thought through this process. “Oh I’m so sorry, this window is for pick up only, but if you tell me your order I’ll take you card and you can park in the lot while I make your order and I’ll run it out to you when it’s ready.” FAIL and I am not a Karen. Learn to use your brain.

This place had pretty poor reviews, but it was clean, the worker was friendly and answered my questions about the menu. The bathroom was clean. The whole place was clean. Maybe they hired some bad workers when they first got started? But everything seemed to be in order now. Smoothie was tasty. I had no complaints.

I really enjoy the food, but prices are a little high, but can forgive that, fresh fruit isn't cheap. But they are so slow at night. 20 minutes to get a pb swizzle, $2 tip made it $15. Wow

Worst attitude of any workers I’ve ever seen.brenasha the manager there has a very bad attitude, not sure it’s just towardwhite people because she didn’t give the black people in line any attitude but gave me and two other white people a attitude like we didn’t need to be there ordering anything.This is sad because I was glad to see smoothie king open in Anderson.If you don’t like your job in customer service maybe you should not be in the restaurant industry.

Smoothie king is great and has a variety of things to make. Although I've taken my GF there 3 times and 2 of those times they did not add the extra banana we asked for. We just left there and had to turn back (if we're paying $15 we want what we ordered) and she questioned us asking for our receipt. We will continue going there but please focus on the accuracy of these orders. Thank you

We went into the Smoothie King in Anderson a very busy Saturday. At the time there was only one employee working. I learned her name was Zharia. Two more employees did come in later but while she was alone she handled herself and the customers so well. She was pleasant, hardworking, and the smoothie was delicious. I wanted to give credit where credit is due. She was amazing.

Terrible customer service girl that works in the front should not be working there! Tatiana helped me and realized I was upset and offered to make it bc they were not busy when I walked in but the other girl is slow and extremely rude and has her entire butt and underwear out! I told her I put my order in 20 mins ago and sat in the drive thru without anyone coming to the window and she said yea it’s gonna be a long time and then turned around and got on the phone instead of trying to make my order. When they did finally start working they were both extremely slow like doing it on purpose then they give them to me and everything was rotten on my açaí bowl. The only reason I give 2 stars is bc the owner called and said to give me a refund.

So glad they came to Anderson. People were friendly and smoothies tasted great. Only negative was that they put the drive through window in their backroom- I wish it was moved toward the front, because I had to watch them grab my stuff from the front by using their security cameras/TV. This made the experience less personal I felt.
