They're very fast and friendly, and drinks are consistently great. I drive out of my way and past the Starbucks next to sams club to get to this one. The one next to sams is so slow and employees have such bad attitudes. I love this location.

they were absolutely slammed this morning, like the drove through was wrapping around the building and their were a lot of people inside. but this team killed it! they were pushing our drinks so fast and calling out the ones they were working on at the same time. the food guy was doing a million things at once it was crazy!! this starbucks is great!!

BIZARRE and frustrating visit. Cashier is chatting away with a man in front of me about personal stuff. This girl goes on and on for 2-3minutes. He finally orders. They keep talking for another minute or two. How can people be so oblivious unless they're just inconsiderate.Meanwhile the guy working the drive thru is holding a baby in a diaper. This is 75minutes before closing time. I love babies and friends/family chitchat but this is a very strange way to run a Starbucks. My advice is that if you're a friend of the staff and have all the time in the world, come hang out, talk, bring your kids and even your dogs ...otherwise, go elsewhere for prompt professional service.

Avoid if possible !!!New manager today very rude big lady I think her name is Amy don’t know how to treat customers, disrespectful and unprofessional, don’t like how she handle food, coffee cups have coffee stains, lost my appetite because of uncleanliness, I will not recommend this place, the one on Clemson Blvd way cleaner and better.I only give one starStarbucks please bring back the previous manager because she kept this team and store better and professionalThanks

Friendly staff Quick and concise service Ugo there every morning and it's always fast .
It’s always a hit and miss with drink and I order the same drink the same way ever single time. Today it was nasty and I got them to remake it but it still wasn’t right and then I had coffee grains in it ??. How come my order is the same every time I go but it taste different unless Andrew makes it he’s pretty dope. I’m going to give them a break and go to Clemson Blvd or the Starbucks in ingles.
