I got double meat on my sandwich and got maybe 2 pieces of ham and pepperoni on my sandwich. The bathrooms did not work and the place was nasty. It took the lady who made my sandwich about 5 minutes to put all of 2 pieces of meat on my sandwich. Would not recommend 0 stars.

This Subway is across street from Anderson Mall beside a vape shop. Corner of the shops offers plentiful outdoor seating with awning for shade.The particular day I went there was a very personable older gentleman making my order that offered his suggestion of ingredient to improve sub. It's Subway so we all know what there is and the prices, the cleanliness was probably 6-7 out of 10 inside but if I had of eaten there it would be outside.

Tried this store again after a year.. (started during 2019/Covid)** THIS location still REFUSES TO HONOR SUBWAY'S OWN COUPONS I receive via mail and won't honor discounts/purchases through the subway app (per employee on prior visit)... There was a sign last time, but not now & you find out when paying. I would have left without paying but wanted to get a survey to fill out and needed something to eat on my lunch break.** The coupons for free drink, cookie, etc & IN App/email discounts/perks are useless if the store owners refuse to honor them. (which is why online orders are immediately cancelled). This meal cost me more money than I expected and it's unfortunate that it impacted the employee's tip, even though they were polite (I hope they find somewhere better to work based on reviews).** THIS Location also still has a sign on the customer bathroom door that the "restroom is out of order" for over a year.** Store at 4409 SC-24, Anderson, SC 29626 has same policy, check google reviews. I've been told previously they know each other and collude on the policy.** Corporate should REVOKE THE FRANCHISE LICENSE FOR THESE 2 STORES (& others in Anderson, SC?) if they continue to not participate in Corporate's Advertising Policy... they can reopen as Patel's Sub Shack or similar. Emailed Corporate as well.

Two workers in the store. On arrival, greeted by one, while the other sat in a corner behind the counter scrolling through content on his phone. Would call the other over to share, even during the sandwich preparation! Food was standard/consistent for Subway.

Restrooms (both) have been out of order for over a month. This place needs to be inspected by DHEC! Dine-in restaurants should have a usable restroom for guests. This place is unsanitary. How can you wash your hands before dining?

Don't go to this subway everytime I go I get different price on the same 2 subs today I got them and they was 6$ more then 3 days ago

We (Healthcare staff) are giving a negative review due to being disrespected by Subway staff and MANAGER. An order was trying to be called into the organization by a healthcare Provider. The manager told "healthcare staff" that he was NOT taking orders over the phone and HUNG UP after healthcare staff was attempting to place an order. ***side note- A kind individual was on the inside of Subway ready to pay for food*** (Manager was aware of this information). Healthcare staff called back 10 times to try to speak with a manager about incident. NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE! Healthcare staff called back from a different number and Subway staff picked up. Healthcare staff asked for managers name to discuss incident and get issue resolved; however, individual was very rude, verbally disrespectful, judgemental, offensive, condescending, and "Nasty acting". He would not provide managers name or information asked. (Ironically the person I was speaking with was actually the manager stating " I'm not giving you my name because I do not know you"). This is unprofessional and unexceptable being that he is the manager and NOT providing information that is warranted to customers when they have an issue. It is also unexceptable being that we were prepared to spend money with an organization that behaves in this embarrassing manner. The kind individual who was buying our food was also told that subway was not taking orders inside. Staff was very rude to this individaul also. Approximately $200.00 was going to be spent. If this is how you treat customers, we will make sure the whole community knows how RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL Subway at this location is towards valuable customers.Parking: As a resident in this city who also serves this community with quality care I will never shop at this location or recommend anyone to shop at this location.. EVER!!

I’m updating my review from the previous one. I did leave a 1 star because it was terrible but today changed that! I was willing to give this location one more try (I’m 9 months pregnant and really wanted subway) and I’m so glad I did ! The lady that was at the register was so nice and kind and made us feel like family. She is honestly the sweetest people I’ve came into contact with in a long time ! I wish I would have got her name.

One star is for the lady who helped us. Short hair with tattoos. Super nice. Other than that, she was supposed to leave at 4 and by 4:30 she was still here because her help is an awful man. He was rude to her, we seen him. He went outside and smoked a cigarette and spit all over patio. Plus, this awful and atrocious ponytail.

Stopped at this Subway at 9:35 pm ,it says on door they close at 10:00pm. The lady working was practically pushing us to order, or leave. I ordered ,and my wife was trying to decide. The lady was so pushy to my wife, my wife decided not to order. I had more family members on the way 3 minutes away. It was now 9:42. I asked the lady if she closed at 10, and she said she is closing. I called family and told them to go across street Jersey Mike's. I know it was late, but that was no way to treat us. My family was in town because I have stage 3b lung cancer,and just found out it has spread to other parts of my body. Just know you missed out on 8 people ordering at least 12 to 15 dollars each. Not to mention we will never step foot in your establishment again.
