My salad was pathetic! I am so mad. I sent my husband to get me the salad, and I wrote it down. The lady that was working couldn't understand what I wrote which I don't understand how you didn't because I had the kind I wanted and what I wanted left off like it wasn't hard to read unless she just didn't know how to read in genral. They need to get better employees or change their prices because I couldn't even finish it because she put stuff on it that I didn't even ask for nor did it come with.

Horrible! I wrote down my order and handed it to the worker where she could read everything I wanted, and she had the wrong bread on every single sub! They also didn't toast the ones I wanted toasted either. How you do that?? I don't understand. They Definitely need to get workers that can read obviously.

I placed a $20.84 order online at 9 pm. I received a call at 9:30 p.m. saying that they can not make hot sandwiches after 9 pm since they already shut the toasters down to clean them. I was then told that they couldn't issue me a refund and that I would have to call corporate to get my money back, but since this was a Friday night I am going to have to wait until they open again Tuesday morning. (this coming Monday is a holiday)

So I went in to order food and I had 3 footloose and 1 6 inch. All were the same a sandwich. The kid serving me was great. The problem was the lady that walked in after me. After waiting about 5 minutes she started huffing and puffing making sure everyone heard her. The kid stopped doing my sandwiches to help her. The manager walked out and clearly stated in a nice tone that he should have called her for help. Then the lady made a fuss and said she shouldn't have had to wait that long in a subway. She then went on to berate the kid that was doing our sandwiches saying he couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time. She was rude and very disrespectful and the manager knew her. The kid got very frustrated and told his manager he wasn't going to be talked to like that and the lady said shut up boy". The manager did nothing irregardless of who was wrong and then she had an attitude at me when paying for my stuff. I've always loved subway but this is the 3rd and final time I will go to this location. I feel for the kid who was working because no one deserves that. I will officially be going to the location on 28 bypass from now on at least they are friendly. My suggestion is don't go here unless you want a bad experience.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.

This the first time I've been to this subway , I went through the drive thru which I usually hate to do cause nobody ever gets my subs right . But they really did them both perfectly . And I used to work at Subway for 2 years so I'm always picky about it lol . Definitely will be back .

Not sure why they have hours on the door if they’re going to close 40 mins early! Very disappointing. And I’m sure the manager wouldn’t be okay with missing out on money.

Rude staff, food is not made to order and customer service is just ridiculous. Staff locks doors 3 hours before closing and then only let's certain people in to get food. So we have to sit in line for 50 min to pick up our food and it's cold by then.

I usually frequent this location as it's not far from where I work at but it's becoming more of a nuisance to go here to use the drive through as they want to put cones in the way and force you to come inside.

Showed up on Monday, 2/27 at 9:20 pm and they turned us away and said they were closed. According to the door and website they close at 10pm disappointed after a night of baseball and wanted a quick meal.
