By far the WORST Subway I've ever been in. There were 4 people behind the counter doing NOTHING! The meat wasn't visible, they were out of dressing, the bread was soggy.... I will never step foot in the place again ?

worst Subway I've ever been to. Stood in line for about 15 minutes while others came in behind me. it was lunchtime and one person was making the subs while tha other person stood at the register. when it was my time to order I was told that they were closed!! What? Said they were closed again. If they make any more they won't have enough bread for their call in orders!! I have never heard of such a thing. I and the people behind me left shaking our heads. Needless to say I will never return and I am wondering how she stays in busines.

Worst experience ever a lady with a bonnet on was sitting outside we had no way of knowing she worked there she had no uniform on once I got inside to pick up my door dash she came in saying it was on the rack the order on the rack wasn’t mines and no workers were in the restaurant she came in and was extremely rude to me mind you I waited for several minutes and she said she would make my order with a even worse attitude my worse experience ever as a door dasher very unprofessional if I was the manager of that establishment she would be fired and I will be reaching out to corporate because now they won’t answer the phone nobody should ever eat here

Well, I can't rate the food because I didn't get any. I pulled up at 9:30, and as I pulled into the parking place, a man (not an employee) locked the door. I pointed to the sign saying they closed at 10. He unlocked the door and said the employees said they were out of bread. I pointed to the full bread container and told him that it looked like they had bread. One of the employees behind the counter said it was wheat bread. I told her that was fine. She then told me it was "crispy". The non employee was blocking the door and it was evident they didn't want our business, so we left.There are half a dozen Subway restaurants in Anderson. Don't waste your time with this one.

Told by staff that they wete not taking orders unless doordash. They had 3 employees there one was leaving, 1 was smoking, and the other one was inside. I ask " So you are closing down the store because one person is leaving?" She stated "Yes, Managers Rules."Save yourself time and go to subway 2 miles down the road. Amazing service there.

Ordered online luckily got there in time for them to be able to make it infront of me, but they still manger to over salt my sandwich. However whoever’s order was made before me was made with only one glove on and the other bare hand touching their sandwich defiantly was a online order to as there was no one else in the store apart from me!! Won’t be ordering online again!

The food was great! The cookies were so delicious. I went on Wednesday evening for dinner. I ordered on the app but my order wasn't ready when I arrived. The 2 guys working there were busy, so I understand. One of them who completed my order mixed up the toppings on the sandwiches. I am so proud to say they remade the sandwiches properly and gave me the incorrectly made ones. They also gave me additional cookies to make up for the mix-up and us having to wait. I do admire the professional and friendly service. I will go back. Sometimes the way you're treated if there's a problem makes all the difference! Thank you both.
